BAMBI (Walt Disney) planter

This beautiful item is a 4.5" ceramic planter showing Bambi standing in front of a hollowed-out tree trunk.  Both Bambi and the tree trunk are painted with beautiful pastel colors, and the top is hollowed out, enabling the item to be used as a planter.  The back of the planter is incised Walt Disney Prod.  This item was manufactured by Leeds sometime during the 1950s as part of a larger collection of Walt Disney cartoon character planters, banks, and figures.  Bambi is in virtually perfect condition, with no damage or paint wear.
