This is a 3.25" PVC figure showing Big Bird waving with his raised left hand. He is dressed as a cowboy, complete with a brown cowboy hat, a matching vest, and a red neckerchief. This item is in near mint condition, with very slight paint wear and a small red spot on Big Bird's tail feathers. The copyright information does not indicate who made this item or when it was manufactured, although our best guess is that this is a 1980s or a 1990s piece.

Ahoy, Mr. Looper, I mean, Hooper! This is a 4.5" ceramic napkin holder (or letter holder) showing Big Bird as a sailor. He wears a blue sailor's outfit with a red neckerchief and is shown against a backdrop of two grey anchors as he waves his small red flag in his left hand. This item was manufactured by Applause, probably during the 1990s. It retains its original paper copyright sticker on the underside of the base and is in mint, seemingly unused condition.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) bisque policeman figure

This is a 4.5" bisque figurine of Big Bird, who is shown dressed as a policeman. He wears a blue hat with a silver shield on it, a matching jacket with a matching shield on it, a light blue shirt, and a black necktie. His left hand is raised and he holds a silver whistle in his raised right hand. This figurine is in mint condition. The copyright information on Big Bird's feet does not indicate who made this item or when it was manufactured, but it probably is a 1980s or 1990s piece. We have one of its counterparts--Cookie Monster--in stock at this time as well.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) PVC figure -- waving

This unusual find is a 2.25" PVC figure of Big Bird, who is shown waving with his right hand/wing. The item is free of damage and in EX+ condition, with a few small spots of original paint overrun and a few tiny specks of paint loss being the item's flaws. Big Bird probably dates to the 1970s or 1980s and there is no indication on him as to who made him.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) plastic figure

This is a 2.75" lightweight plastic figure of Big Bird, who is shown standing with both arms/wings on his belly. This item is in mint condition. It was probably manufactured during the later 1990s or earlier 2000s, and there is no indication on the item as to who made it.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) lamp

This is a 9.5" hard vinyl lamp, when measured from the bottom of the grey "rock" base to the top of the brown tree trunk. An additional 7.5" of height can be added by counting the original lampshade that comes with it. The lamp shows Big Bird standing behind the tree trunk, clasping it with both arms, as he happily looks upward. The lamp shade is green (due to representing leaves on a tree) and shows numerous birds and insects in various fun poses/activities. When plugged into a wall socket, this lamp works just fine. The main portion of the lamp is in NM+ condition. The lampshade has some creasing and surface wear, but is intact and in no worse than EX- or EX condition. This item was manufactured by Creators / Demand Inc. and it probably dates to the later 1970s.

This is a 4" resin Christmas ornament showing Big Bird sitting on a gold-and-green chair, presumably working in Santa's workshop. He wears a Santa Claus outfit and holds a teddy bear on his right side. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured sometime during the 1990s as part of a large collection of Sesame Street / Muppets character Christmas ornaments, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

This is a 3.5" PVC figure showing Big Bird as a tennis player. He wears a red headband and holds a green tennis ball in his raised left hand and a black tennis racket in his raised right hand. This item is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original packaging. The cardboard mounting card has colorful graphics designed to resemble a park gazebo. This item was manufactured by Tara Toy Corp. sometime during the 1980s or 1990s. The back of the card shows photographs of three separate sets of Tara Toy Sesame Street / Muppets character toys.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) plush doll

This is a 15.5" plush doll showing Big Bird with both arms/wings extended from his body and with his beak opened wide. This doll was manufactured by Playskool in 1996. It retains its original manufacturer's label, which shows a fair amount of wear, but is still mostly legible and sewn securely into Big Bird's right thigh. The doll is soft and undamaged, showing only minor signs of wear. Overall, Big Bird is in NM to NM+ condition.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) radio

This is a 5" plastic AM radio of Big Bird, who is shown from the top of his feathered head to the bottom of his large red bowtie with the white stripes. There is an on/off/volume knob and a tuning knob on the side of the radio, not far above Big Bird's beak. This item retains its original carrying strap AND its original belt clip AND its original box AND its original instruction sheet. The radio itself is in fine working condition and is in nearly perfect condition. The box has minor shelf wear, but is undamaged and in nice shape overall. This item was manufactured by Radio Shack in 1990.

This is a 1.75" resin Christmas ornament showing Big Bird sitting in a green nest decorated with holly berries. He holds a teddy bear in his left arm and a blue-and-red ball in his right hand. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured by Kurt Adler in 2006 as part of a set that originally included Oscar the Grouch, Cookie Monster, Elmo, and Grover.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) moving musical

This is a 6.25" plastic musical showing Big Bird sitting with his orange feet and his curved wings/arms in front of him. When the knob in back of him is wound up, Big Bird moves his arms/wings back and forth in front of his eyes, as if playing Peek-a-Boo, while his feet join in the same motion. The musical plays the song Yellow Bird (up High in Banana Tree). Both the moving and musical mechanisms work just fine on this item. Big Bird is in NM to NM+ condition, with a few minor marks on his bill and feet being his only flaw. He was manufactured by Illco in 1993.

This is a 3.75" red-and-white plastic disposable flashlight showing Big Bird wearing a red-and-white striped nightcap. The item is in mint, unused condition and it has never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card. The mounting card has colorful graphics showing Little Bird holding his own disposable flashlight while Big Bird uses his to guide Betty Lou along on a walk. This item was manufactured by Rayovac in 1987.

This is a sealed, unused package of eight 5x4" party invitations and eight red envelopes featuring Big Bird. Although it is undated, Big Bird probably dates to the 1980s.

This is a 3.25" PVC figure showing Big Bird happily holding a brown puppy to his body as the puppy gleefully licks him. This item is in mint condition. Big Bird was manufactured by Applause sometime during the 1980s or 1990s.

This is a 4.5" stuffed cloth wristwatch featuring Big Bird, who is shown hugging a brown teddy bear. This is an actual wristwatch that attaches to a child's wrist with Velcro fasteners. It is in mint, unused condition and it has never been removed from its original box. The box has colorful graphics showing Ernie, Big Bird, and Cookie Monster (who happen to be the three characters featured on these watches) together, along with a photographic images of a boy wearing his very own Cookie Monster watch. This item was manufactured by Lewco Corp. in 1987. Originally, this item sold for $4.99 in Bradlees department stores.

This is a 2.5" die-cast metal rolling toy showing Big Bird driving a lime green convertible with sky blue wheels. The toy was manufactured in 1983 by Hasbro. It is undamaged but has a number of dings in the green paint (not in the item itself, mind you, just the paint). Overall, this toy is in VG+ condition. When placed on a hard, smooth surface, it is able to roll along just fine.

This Big Bird doll measures 7" from the top of his head to the tips of his feet. The main portion of the doll is made of plush, with yellow felt hands, orange-and-pink striped cloth legs, and orange felt feet. The doll is in NM+ condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is sewn securely into Big Bird's behind. He was manufactured by Applause sometime during the 1980s or earlier 1990s.

This is a 4" PVC figure showing Big Bird preparing for bedtime. He wears a floppy red nightcap and red pajamas. In his left hand, he is holding an orange teddy bear. In his extended right hand, he holds a white plate with cookies and a yellow cup apparently filled with cocoa. This item was manufactured by Applause, probably during the 1980s or earlier 1990s. It is undamaged and has very little wear, leaving Big Bird in NM+ condition.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) child's flip-flops

This is a 5.5" pair of size 5-6 children's flip-flops made of a combination of foam rubber (or something like that) and soft vinyl. They are pink and yellow in color, with multi-colored designs on the portion that comes into contact with the child's foot's sole. Each flip-flop has an oval image of a smiling Big Bird on it. This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains affixed to its original cardboard mounting card. It even retains its original cardboard hang tag. These flip-flops were manufactured by Vision Imports Inc. in 1973.

The item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Applause sometime during the 1990s.

The original blue-and-silver foil manufacturer's sticker is present underneath the nest. This item is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

In 1997, Tyco Preschool released a set of 24 Sesame Street / Muppets character beanbag dolls. This 10" doll of Big Bird comes from that set. It shows Big Bird with his arms/wings raised, with a nonplused expression on his face. The doll is in mint condition and it comes with its original cardboard hang tag.

This 3.25" PVC figure shows Big Bird sitting inside of his bird nest, holding an orange teddy bear with his left hand and reading a red book, which he holds with his right hand. On his head, there is a floppy blue cap, making it look as if Big Bird is reading before bedtime. This item was manufactured by Applause, either during the 1980s or 1990s. It is undamaged and its only evidence of wear is on the underside of the bird's nest, where it comes into contact with the surface on which it sits. Overall, this item is in NM+ condition.

This is a 10" hard vinyl bank of Big Bird. Big Bird is shown sitting inside his bird nest holding a bright orange bag of bird seed. The bank's coin slot is inside the top of the bird seed bag; the original stopper is no longer present. The year and manufacturer of this licensed product are unknown, although it was probably made during the 1980s. Big Bird has minor paint wear and would probably grade as EX+ condition given that and the absence of the stopper.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) shaggy plush talking doll

This fun item is a 20" shaggy plush doll of Big Bird, who has yellow felt hands and vinyl facial features. In back, there is a pull ring that, when pulled and released, enables Big Bird to say such things as Hi, I'm Big Bird and Want some bird seed? among others. The talking mechanism works well and Big Bird can be understood easily. His shaggy "feathers" show light play wear but are not worn or damaged. There are some scratches on his left eyeball, and this is the item's most consequential flaw. Overall, this doll is in EX to EX+ condition. It was manufactured by Child Guidance in 1984.

This is a 2.75" die-cast metal rolling toy showing Big Bird driving a lime green dump truck with a yellow frame and blue plastic wheels. The load holder is made of orange plastic and is labeled with the name of the business "Big Bird Builders," and this part does pivot up/down. The toy works fine and rolls along well on any smooth, hard surface. Big Bird was manufactured by Playskool in 1982. This toy is undamaged but there are several very small spots of paint loss resulting from the toy having been played with over the years. Overall, it is in NM- condition.

This is a package containing 8 paper-and-plastic birthday party blowouts featuring Big Bird. This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original packaging. The header card shows Ernie and Big Bird both wearing birthday party hats. The item was manufactured in 1990 by Party Makers Beach Products.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) bisque rollerskating figurine

This is a 4.25" heavy-duty bisque figurine of Big Bird, who is shown with his wings/arms outstretched as he glides along on his blue and green rollerskates. In real life, this item is colored more brightly than it appears in the picture, which got washed out somewhat during the scanning process for some unknown reason. The copyright information on the underside of the rollerskates does not indicate the manufacturer or year of production of this item. In all likelihood, this Big Bird is a 1980s or a 1990s era item. It is in mint condition and is one of several Sesame Street character bisque figurines that we have in stock at this time.

This fun item is a 6" plastic musical telephone toy, primarily green in color with a yellow receiver. When one of the numbers on the phone is dialed, the Sesame Street / Muppets character in the window above the numeral 1 rotates and the song Happy
Days Are Here Again plays. Both the rotation and musical mechanisms work just fine on this item, which is in mint condition. It appears never to have been removed from its original box, which is intact and generally in nice condition, with some edge wear. In the lower right-hand corner of the telephone, Big Bird is shown holding an orange telephone receiver. This item was manufactured by Illco in 1992.

We have many of them in stock, and this one happens to be the Big Bird figurine in this set. Big Bird stands 7.75" tall and is shown standing beside a tree stump. He's in mint condition and comes complete with his attractive original box (including all original packaging materials, even), which is in EX+ condition. Big Bird also retains his original blue and silver foil Gorham sticker, on the bottom of his foot. As you can see from the image on the right, we also have another of this item, without its original box. This Big Bird figure is in virtually perfect condition and it retains its original blue-and-silver foil copyright sticker.

This is a 3.5" vinyl squeak toy showing Big Bird sitting with a large blue telephone receiver in his lap, holding it up to his right ear . . . if he has an ear, that is. When squeezed, this item gives off a gentle squeaking sound. It was manufactured by Tommee Tippee along with a few other Sesame Street character squeak toys, and it probably dates to the 1980s or 1990s. Big Bird is undamaged but he does have some paint loss on his eyeballs and a little bit on his feet and phone receiver, leaving him in NM- condition overall.

Big Bird is shown with his feet extended out in front of him, hands/wings together in his lap. This item is in mint condition. The copyright information does not indicate who manufactured this item or when it was made, but it is probably a 1980s or earlier 1990s piece. This is a 3.5" composition Christmas ornament showing Big Bird waving with his raised left hand/wing as he stands beside a tree stump. This ornament is in near mint condition, with two small spots of minor paint loss on the tree stump being the item's only flaw. This item was manufactured in 1977 but the copyright information does not indicate who the manufacturer was. It may have been a Gorham product, as it resembles the other Christmas ornaments that Gorham made around that same time.

This nifty item is a 12" musical plush doll of Big Bird. There is a metal turn-knob on the back of this doll. When Big Bird is wound up, he plays Pop Goes the Weasel. The music works well. The original manufacturer's label is missing, so we do not know who made this item, which probably dates to the 1970s or earlier 1980s. Big Bird is in virtually perfect condition and he works great.

This is a 5" jointed PVC figure of Big Bird, who has a swiveling head, swiveling torso, and movable arms. He was manufactured by Tara Toy in 1985. Big Bird is free of damage and, overall, is in NM to NM+ condition.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) Christmas ornament -- in toboggan

This is a heavy-duty resin Christmas ornament of Big Bird, who is shown sitting inside of a green toboggan as he holds onto the sides of it. His big orange feet stick out in front of him and his red scarf blows in the breeze behind him. This item is 2.75" tall and is in mint condition, still sealed inside of its original bag and its original cardboard header card. This item was manufactured as part of a larger set of Sesame Street / Muppets character Christmas ornaments by Kurt S Adler, and we have a few of the others in stock at this time as well. Although the copyright information does not indicate the year of manufacture for this item, it is a 1990s piece.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) PVC figure -- with Easter eggs

This is a 3.25" PVC figure showing Big Bird sitting inside of a tan woven basket that is adorned with a yellow, blue, and pink flower. He holds and is also surrounded by other Easter eggs. This item is in nearly perfect condition. It was manufactured by Applause sometime during the 1980s or 1990s.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) plastic figure

This is a 7" hollow plastic figure of Big Bird, who is shown standing with both hands/wings resting on his belly. This item was manufactured in 1985 by CBS Inc. It is undamaged but does have a few very small spots of minor paint wear on Big Bird's toes. Overall, Big Bird is in NM- to NM condition.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) hand puppet

This is a 12" plush hand puppet of Big Bird, who is shown from the midriff upward. He has bulbous plastic eyes and yellow felt hands, along with yellow yarn hairs on top of his head and yellow yarn hairs for tail feathers. This hand puppet was manufactured by Child Guidance in 1980. It retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into the lower inside seam of Big Bird's hand insert pocket. The plush is undamaged and generally clean and in nice condition, with only minor use-related soiling from being played with over the years. This uncommon item is in near mint condition.

BIG BIRD (Sesame Street / Muppets) rolling toy

This is a 3.25" tall by 3.25" long plastic rolling toy showing Big Bird behind the wheel of a red tow truck. He has a blue bandanna tied around his neck and the tow truck has white bumpers, a white towing hook, and bright blue wheels. The toy's rolling action works perfectly and this item is complete and undamaged. It is in NM+ condition. Big Bird was manufactured in 1993 by Tyco Playtime as part of a set of rolling toys that also included Cookie Monster, Elmo, and Ernie.

This is a 5.25" flat wooden Christmas ornament showing Big Bird wearing a white-and-blue striped nightshirt as he holds his blue gift box with the red ribbons in his lap. This item is in NM+ condition. It probably dates to the 1990s and was manufactured along with numerous other Sesame Street / Muppets character flat wooden ornaments. Big Bird's copyright information does not indicate who made him.

This 18" doll of Big Bird doubles as a figural hand puppet, with the insertable area being located behind Big Bird's legs, on his back. He has stuffed legs and a soft plush body and head. Big Bird was manufactured by Applause in 1993. He retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into the inside of the hand placement area. Big Bird is in near mint condition, with no damage and only very minor surface soiling resulting from having been played with over the years.
