MIRANDA PANDA (Andy Panda / Walter Lantz) salt/pepper shaker

  This tough-to-find item is a 4.25" ceramic figural salt or pepper shaker showing Miranda Panda walking along a grassy area, looking over her right shoulder, as she carries a huge salt or pepper shaker in front of her.  This item is undamaged and in EX condition, with paint loss on Miranda's right sleeve and on top of the shaker being the item's principal flaws.  Originally, this item was sold along with an Andy Panda counterpart, and it was on the market with other pairs of Walter Lantz cartoon character salt-and-pepper sets.  Miranda was manufactured by Napco in 1958.

MISS BUXLEY (Beetle Bailey / King Features) doll

  This is a 14.5" stuffed cloth doll of Miss Buxley, the buxom secretary of General Halftrack in the Beetle Bailey comic strip.  She has a vinyl head and a pearly necklace around her neck, and is shown wearing a red mini-skirt and red high-heeled shoes.  This doll is in NM+ condition and it comes with its original cardboard hang tag.  Miss Buxley was manufactured by Sugar Loaf in 1996 along with Beetle Bailey, Sarge, and General Halftrack.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) alarm clock

  This is a 4.5" plastic dome-shaped alarm clock, showing Miss Piggy lounging and looking at herself in her flowered blue hand mirror.  The clock is purple in color and shows Miss Piggy's makeup table, complete with a picture of Kermit the Frog on the side.  This is an electric alarm clock with a lighted dial.  It is in mint, unused condition and is still sealed inside of its original box and packaging.  It was manufactured by Timex in 1982.  The cellophane window has torn and is very loose, but is still present on most of the item.  The clock itself, as mentioned above, is in perfect, unused condition.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) Christmas ornament -- on green box

  This is a 4.75" composition Christmas ornament showing Miss Piggy sitting seductively with her right hand resting on her knee as she stares at us over her left shoulder.  She wears a pink Santa Claus hat, a pink dress with white fur trim, a pearl necklace, and purple gloves and shoes.  She rests her weight on a candy cane and sits on a lime green box.  This item is in NM+ condition and it retains its original gold lame hanging cord.  It was manufactured by Sigma the Tastesetter in 1981 as part of a larger collection of Sesame Street / Muppets character Christmas ornaments.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) candle holder

  Beautiful in every way . . . that is how we would describe this tough-to-find 9.75" ceramic candle holder of Miss Piggy.  Here, she is dressed as a light blue Statue of Liberty, and holds an image of Kermit the Frog on the white tablet that she holds in her left hand.  This item was manufactured during the early 1980s by Sigma the Tastesetter.  It retains the original copyright sticker and is in virtually perfect condition.  PLEASE NOTE:  Because of the odd shape and fragile nature of this item, we strongly encourage the buyer to purchase insurance along with this item.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) trinket box

  This beauty is a ceramic trinket box of Miss Piggy, who is shown lounging seductively (well, okay, as seductively as a pig is able to lounge!) on a day bed.  The bottom of the mattress is the separation point for the lid and the base.  When opened, this item can be used as a trinket box or as a jewelry box.  It is 5.5" tall and 6.75" long.  Miss Piggy is shown wearing purple elbow-length gloves and matching high-heeled shoes, and a pale yellow dress with green-and-purple flower-like markings on it.  This item was manufactured during the early 1980s by Sigma the Tastesetter as part of a large collection of Muppets character items.  It is in mint condition and still retains its original manufacturer's sticker on the underside of the day bed.

  This is a 3.5" hollow blown-resin Christmas ornament showing Miss Piggy wearing a Santa Claus hat, a strand of white pearls, a lavender glove, and a red shirt.  She looks upward and is perched inside of a holly wreath.  This item is in NM+ condition and it still retains its original gold lame hanging cord.  There is no indication on this item as to who made it.  Miss Piggy probably dates to the 1990s.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) Christmas ornament -- coming out of gift

  This fun item is a 5" composition Christmas ornament showing Miss Piggy joyfully popping out of a green Christmas gift with a red ribbon and bow on it.  She holds both arms in the air triumphantly, announcing her presence.  This item is in NM+ condition and it comes with its original green cardboard hang tag (which is detached from the item, but intact and present).  Best of all, this item comes with its original box, which is in nice condition with minor edge/corner wear.  Miss Piggy was manufactured in 1981 by Sigma the Tastesetter along with several other Sesame Street / Muppets character ornaments.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) stuffed finger puppet

  This is a 4.5" stuffed cloth finger puppet of Miss Piggy, who has an area in the seat of her black mini-dress where a finger can be inserted to use her as a finger puppet.  She has yellow yarn hair set up in a ponytail, and wears pink shoes, lavender gloves, and white pearls around her neck.  This item is in mint, unused condition and it comes with its original manufacturer's label and its original cardboard hang tag.  Miss Piggy was distributed by Starbucks sometime during the 2000s as part of a larger collection of Muppets character finger puppets.

  This is a 4.75" composition Christmas ornament showing Miss Piggy luxuriously posing in her head-to-toe white fur coat.  She wears purple gloves and a white pearl necklace, and is shown leaning on a pile of green Christmas presents with red ribbons on them.  This item was manufactured by Sigma the Tastesetter in 1981.  It is in virtually perfect condition and comes with its original price sticker, showing that it used to sell for $4.96 at H & H Floral Supply.

  This is an 8" ceramic bank, showing Miss Piggy standing and looking off toward her right.  She wears a floor-length blue gown with a red flower on her right bosom and a lavender scarf draped behind her.  The bank's coin slot is located where her bosom/cleavage would be, and a tight-fitting replacement red stopper is present underneath the base.  This item is in perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Sigma the Tastesetter sometime during the early 1980s.

  This is an 8.25" ceramic figure of Miss Piggy, who has a hollowed-out area between her clasped hands and her bosoms.  The item was intended for use either as a scissors holder or as a spoon holder.  She wears a floor-length purple dress, matching gloves, matching shoes, and a lavender shawl.  This item is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured during the early 1980s by Sigma the Tastesetter, and the original manufacturer's label is still present underneath the base.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) finger puppet

    This is a 3.5" soft vinyl finger puppet showing Miss Piggy with her hands clasped together below her bosom.  She wears a periwinkle purple gown and matching elbow-length gloves.  The copyright information beneath the base does not indicate who made this item, but it does show that Miss Piggy was manufactured in 1978.  She is undamaged and has only minor paint loss, leaving her in no worse than near mint condition.  As you can see from the image on the right, we also have this item in mint, unused condition, still sealed on its original mounting card.  That item bears a 1979 copyright, but is the same item in perfect condition.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) angel ornament

  This is a 2.75" tall composition Christmas ornament of Miss Piggy, who is shown with white angel wings by her sides.  The wings are adorned with gold glitter and they are made of cardboard.  This item was manufactured by Sigma the Tastesetter in 1979 along with a Kermit the Frog jester counterpart.  Miss Piggy's only flaw is some bending and creasing on her cardboard wings, along with some loss of the glitter on them.  She is in NM- to NM condition.

  This is a 4.25" ceramic mug showing Miss Piggy from the neck upward.  She wears a white bonnet with flowers and purple ribbons adorning her long blonde hair.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Sigma the Tastesetter sometime during the 1980s.

  This is a 4.5" tall by 5.5" long ceramic trinket box of Miss Piggy reclining on her tummy, atop her pink heart-shaped mattress.  She wears a yellow dress that is decorated with green dots and lavender swirls, lavender shoes, and lavender elbow-length gloves.  She stars lovingly into a picture of her love interest, Kermit the Frog.  This item was manufactured by Sigma, the Tastesetter during the early 1980s.  The original manufacturer's sticker is present and as is the original cardboard hang tag.  This item is in mint condition.

  This is a 4.25x3.25" wooden wall plaque showing Miss Piggy dressed as a starry-eyed damsel.  Above her, in white cursive lettering, the caption says Some day my frog will come!  This item is in NM to NM+ condition, with minor edge wear being its only flaw.  It was manufactured by Hallmark in 1981.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) papier-mache ornament

  This oddball find is a 5.75" lightweight papier- mache Christmas ornament showing Miss Piggy posing with her left arm raised to the top of her head and her right arm bent akimbo on her hip.  She wears green gloves and a green dress, and is enrobed in a long, red ribbon.  Although it may not look like it, this item IS a licensed product that was manufactured in 1978.  It is in nearly perfect condition and the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) beanbag doll

  This Miss Piggy doll is 6.5" tall and has wavy blonde doll-style hair.  Miss Piggy has a vinyl face and a fuzzy cloth body stuffed with a beanbag-type filling.  She was manufactured in 1979 by Fisher Price and retains her original manufacturer's label, which is in very nice condition and sewn securely into the lower rear portion of this doll.  This item is in NM+ condition.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) covered dish

  This beautiful item is a 6.75" ceramic covered dish featuring Miss Piggy.  The dish is shaped and decorated like an Easter egg, pale yellow in color with green and purple designs on it, and could be used as a nut dish, a candy dish, or a trinket box.  Miss Piggy sits side-saddle on top of the egg with a bored expression on her face.  This item was manufactured during the early 1980s by Sigma the Tastesetter as part of a larger collection of Muppets character ceramic collectibles.  This item is in mint condition.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) hockey player doll

  This is an 11" doll of Miss Piggy, who is shown as an NHL player.  She is wearing a purple and white jersey, white socks, and black ice skates with white felt blades.   Her body is stuffed and covered with satiny clothing; her head is made of vinyl.   Originally, this item was distributed by Canadian McDonald's fast food restaurants in 1995 as part of a set that included a few other Muppets sports dolls.  Miss Piggy retains her original manufacturer's label, which is in perfect shape and sewn securely into her back, beneath her hockey jersey.  Her clothing is all original and totally without damage or wear.  She has a single speck on her right cheek; otherwise, her paint is perfect too.  Overall, this item is in NM+ condition.

MISS PIGGY (Sesame Street) rectangular bank

  This is a 4.75" metal rectangular bank showing Miss Piggy clad in white as she lounges on her pink heart-shaped bed.  The white, cursive lettering caption below her feet says I'm saving it all . . . for me!  The bank's coin slot is located on top of the rectangle and the original stopper is present underneath it.  This item is in near mint condition, with two surface scratches in the litho (shown in the photograph accompanying this description) being its only flaw.  Miss Piggy was manufactured by Hallmark in 1981 along with a Kermit the Frog counterpart.

MISS PIGGY (Sesame Street) bisque Christmas ornament

  This is a 3.25" bisque Christmas ornament showing Miss Piggy casually reclining in a white sleigh.  She holds both hands in a lavender muff and she wears a lavender hat with a sprig of mistletoe on it, a purple jacket, and a purple blanket over her legs.  This item has a few small marks on it, but no damage anywhere, leaving Miss Piggy in NM+ condition.  She was manufactured in 1980, probably by Sigma the Tastesetter, along with a Kermit the Frog counterpart.

  This is a 2" vinyl finger puppet of Miss Piggy, who is dressed as a cheerleader.  She wears a purple sweater with a white "P" on front, and holds both arms raised in the air with her purple, blue, and white pompons raised in a cheer.  This item's copyright information does not indicate who made it or when it was manufactured, although it is probably dates to the 1990s.  It is in mint condition.

  This beautiful, rare find is a ceramic soap dish showing Miss Piggy resting on her left side in a long-flowing white gown and her trademark lavender elbow-length gloves.  Her blonde hair flows all around her and the item, serving as part of the soap dish's edge.  This item is 4" tall, 5" deep, and 6.75" long.  It was manufactured by Sigma, the Tastesetter sometime during the early 1980s.  It is in mint condition and still retains its original manufacturer's sticker on the underside of the item.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) Christmas ornaments

  This is a pair of 3" blown plastic Christmas ornaments showing Miss Piggy from the neck upward.  She wears a white shirt, a white pearly necklace, and a Santa Claus hat.  Both ornaments are in mint condition and they have never been removed from their clear-plastic blisterpack or their cardboard mounting card.  The blisterpack is crinkled, but intact and undamaged.  The mounting card has a nice image of Kermit the Frog wearing a Santa Claus hat.  It has some edge wear, a tear in the top on the thin strip that was used to hang the item from a store shelf peg, and surface wear in the upper right-hand corner where the original price sticker was removed.  This item was manufactured by Kurt Adler and although undated, it probably was manufactured during the 1980s or 1990s.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) Christmas ornament

  Taking a page out of Bette Midler's stage performance, this 4" resin Christmas ornament of Miss Piggy shows her performing as The Divine Miss Piggy, according to the placard on the theatric stage on which she appears.  The stage, by the way, is the box in which Miss Piggy originally came.  She herself appears as an angel, complete with white wings, a golden halo, elbow-length lavender gloves, and a long flowing aqua gown.  The ornament is in mint condition.  It was manufactured by Hallmark in 1981 along with a Kermit the Frog counterpart.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) wristwatch

  This is a 6.25" plastic wristwatch made of pink "pearls," along with a reclining figure of a pink bathing suit-clad Miss Piggy.  The watch has never been used, but there is a good chance that the original battery will need to be replaced if Miss Piggy's new owner wishes to use the watch.  The item remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic packaging, and it comes with its original colorful insert card, which features numerous images of Kermit the Frog.  This wristwatch was manufactured by Hope Industries in 1993.

  This is a 2.5" heavy-duty die-cast metal figure of Miss Piggy, who is clad in a flouncy pink hat with a white feather plume, a matching floor-length dress, and a matching parasol.  She looks upward with her left hand to her cheek.  This item is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card.  The front of the mounting card has colorful graphics of Miss Piggy, and the back has a black-and-white drawing of the full set of six Muppets characters from which this Miss Piggy figure comes.  She was manufactured by Imaginations in 1988, along with Kermit the Frog, Animal, Rowlf, Gonzo, and Fozzie Bear.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) toothbrush holder

  This tough-to-find item is a 7.25" ceramic toothbrush holder showing Miss Piggy dressed as a Grecian or Roman goddess.  She wears a blowing, draped white toga-style gown and has a Kermit the Frog-shaped broach on her bosom.  Where her feet are, there are two dimples in the ceramic to indicate where two toothbrushes can be placed for upright storage.  Behind Miss Piggy, there is an open area, allowing storage of other toothbrushes or an unraveled tube of toothpaste.  This item is in virtually perfect condition and it retains its original paper copyright sticker.  There is a tiny area on Miss Piggy's right ear where the manufacturer appears to have missed a speck of paint; but this is glazed over and smooth to the touch, so it is not damage to the item.  This piece was manufactured by Sigma the Tastesetter sometime during the early 1980s.

  This is a 3.75" PVC figure showing Miss Piggy seductively posing in her light blue gown with the blue shawl.  She stands atop a pink triangular base that has a black caption stating Hope your birthday's like me.  Beautiful -- wild -- unforgettable!  This item was manufactured by Schleich in 1980.  It is in NM+ condition.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) wall plaque -- one in a million

  This is a 5x6.75" wooden wall plaque showing Miss Piggy as the winner of a One in a Million contest.  The gold caption above her says The Best Things in Life Are Me!  She is dressed in dark purple, and wears a diamond tiara and a matching necklace.  This item is in near mint condition, with a few small spots of minor wear being its only flaws.  The plaque was manufactured by Hallmark in 1981.

  This tough-to-find item is an 8.25" ceramic stand-up mirror, primarily white in color.  In the lower left corner, Miss Piggy stands, poses, and admires her reflection in the mirror.  In back, there is a pull-out stand that enables this mirror to be positioned on a bureau or shelf for display or use purposes.  It is in mint condition and includes its original cardboard hang tag (not shown because it remains attached to the back of the mirror, where the manufacturer originally placed it).  Miss Piggy was manufactured sometime during the earlier 1980s by Sigma, the Tastesetter.

  This is a 14" stuffed doll of Miss Piggy, who has a vinyl head and doll-style polyester hair.  She wears a low-cut (what else?!) purple evening gown with silver sparkles on it, elbow-length satiny lavender gloves, and purple shoes.  Miss Piggy's hair is rather wild and could use a good stylist to make it look more manageable again.  She has no damage but does have a few small surface dirt marks on her cheeks.  Overall, she is in near mint condition.  This Miss Piggy doll was manufactured by Fisher Price as part of its Dress-up Muppet Doll collection from 1980.

MISS PIGGY (Muppets) cookie jar

  This is a 13" heavy-duty ceramic cookie jar of Miss Piggy, who is shown sitting "side saddle" and primping her blonde hair with her raised right arm.  She wears a pearl necklace, light purple bicep-length gloves, and a purple short dress.  This item is in mint condition and, best of all, it comes with its original box.  The box contains all of its original protective inserts and is completely intact, although it does have a fair amount of edge wear.  The cookie jar is in mint condition; the box is in VG condition.  This item was manufactured along with a Kermit the Frog counterpart by Treasure Craft, and it dates to the 1980s or 1990s.

  This is a 2.75" tall by 3.75" long hollow plastic floating toy showing Miss Piggy casually lounging on a lime green chaise lounge.  The bottom of the toy is rounded, also enabling it to rock back and forth on a firm surface.  Miss Piggy holds her arms behind her head and is shown wearing a pink hat, a pink blouse, full-length lavender gloves, a purple skirt, and lavender shoes.  This item was manufactured in 1995, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.  Miss Piggy is in NM+ condition.
