GARFIELD push-base figure

  This plastic push-base Garfield toy is one of several that were manufactured during the 1980s, each with a different caption on the base and each showing Garfield slightly differently.   (We have several others in stock at this time as well.)  This particular one is 3.5" tall and shows Garfield holding his stomach as he sits contentedly in front of his overflowing lime green cat food bowl.  The caption on front says "Take me home -- feed me!" in black lettering against a lime green background.  When the base is depressed, Garfield's head swivels a quarter turn, toward his food.  The plastic figure has no damage or paint wear on it.  The paper label on Garfield's cat food bowl is intact but peeling slightly in the back corner.  A dab of glue would solve this problem easily and completely.  Overall, this item is in NM to NM+ condition.

GARFIELD Hawaiian plush doll

  This is a 6" plush doll showing Garfield sitting.  He wears a straw hat with Hawaii written on front in black lettering, and a straggly grass skirt around his neck.  The grass skirt shows use-related wear and tangling, but generally is in decent shape.  The rest of the doll is perfect.  Garfield was manufactured sometime during the 1980s by Dakin.

GARFIELD raised-relief graduate mug

  This is a 4.75" white ceramic mug with a lavender band around the lower portion.  It has a raised-relief image of Garfield on the side, showing him wearing a black graduation cap and gown as he holds his rolled-up diploma.  The bubble caption coming from him says Look out world, here I come! in black lettering.  This item is in mint condition and it retains its original cardboard hang tag.  It was manufactured by Enesco in 1984.

GARFIELD yoyo

  This is a 3.5" plastic yoyo with a raised-relief image of Garfield on front, portraying him as if he were poking through (or walking through) the side of the yoyo.  The toy itself is blue with a red ring bearing Garfield's name twice in raised-relief white lettering.  This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its comic strip-appearing cardboard mounting card.  The toy was manufactured by Avon sometime during the 1990s.

GARFIELD plush doll -- wristbands

  This is an 8" plush doll showing Garfield sitting with his arms and legs spread wide apart.  He wears white sneakers with blue "laces" as well as green-and-blue wristbands on both hands. The doll is in NM to NM+ condition, with evidence of minor surface use from being loved over the years.  Garfield was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.

GARFIELD ceramic mug – ski bum

  This is a 5" ceramic mug, white in color, showing Garfield as a ski bum. He leans forward on his red skis, with a contented grin on his face. This item was manufactured by Enesco either during the late 1980s or early 1990s, as part of a larger collection of Garfield mugs. This one is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

GARFIELD plush doll -- baby

  This cute, different item is a 10" plush doll showing Garfield as a baby.  He is peach colored and has a white lacy bonnet on his head, a pale peach ribbon around his neck, and a white diaper decorated with peach-colored teddy bears.  In his mouth, he has a rubber pacifier.  This doll was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.  It retains the original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into Baby Garfield's left hind quarter.  He has minor wear on his eyes, light surface soiling on his tail from being used and played with over the years, but no damage anywhere on him, leaving him in near mint condition overall.

GARFIELD Christmas ornament -- sitting

  This is a 3" hollow plastic Christmas ornament showing a squat-looking Garfield sitting on all fours, with a sly grin on his face.  He wears a red collar with a gold fastener on it.  This item is in NM+ condition and it retains its original gold lame hanging cord.  Garfield was copyrighted by Paws and he probably dates to the 2000s.

GARFIELD hugger doll -- graduate

  This is a 3.5" plush hugger doll of Garfield, who is shown as a nonchalant, seated graduate.  He wears a grey mortarboard with a golden yellow tassel and has a white felt "diploma" in his hands with a long purple ribbon around it stating I made it! in pale grey lettering.  Garfield's hands are positioned together in front of him, tightly together, so that he can hold onto something relatively thin and "hug" it.  The doll is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.

GARFIELD raised-relief mug -- dozing

  This is a 3.75" white ceramic coffee cup / mug with a raised-relief image of Garfield on it.  Here, our hero is shown unhappily dozing beneath a light blue blanket in his wooden cat bed.  The mug is undamaged and in NM to NM+ condition, with a small rough area along a small portion of the upper rim (which just seems to be a bit of roughness on the ceramic glaze).  This item was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s, along with a few other Garfield raised-relief mugs.

GARFIELD plush doll -- get hoppy

  From the tips of his tall pink ears to the bottoms of his feet, this Garfield bunny doll is 15" tall.  He wears a pink button that says Get Hoppy! on it in navy blue lettering.  This doll even comes complete with white buck teeth!  Garfield was manufactured during the 1980s by Dakin.  He is in NM+ condition and still retains his original manufacturer's label, which is also in nice condition and sewn securely into his left hip.

GARFIELD bank -- cheesy grin

  This is a 5" ceramic bank showing Garfield sitting on all fours.  He has a big, toothy, cheesy grin on his face, particularly on the left side of his mouth.  The bank's coin slot is located on top of his head, behind his ears, and the original generic black rubber stopper is present.  This item was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s.  It is undamaged and in virtually perfect condition.

GARFIELD basketball bank

  During the 1980s, Enesco manufactured a set of ceramic sports-themed Garfield banks, each showing Garfield holding the equipment and/or ball of a particular sport.  In addition to this basketball bank, the set also included the sports of bowling, tennis, baseball, and soccer.  (We have several of these in stock at this time.)  This one is 5.5" tall.  The coin slot is located on the back of Garfield's head; the original generic black rubber stopper is present on the underside of his feet.  The original gold foil manufacturer's sticker is present (worn, but present) underneath the bank, too.  This item is in mint condition.

GARFIELD Christmas ornament -- toy chest

  This is a 2.5" plastic Christmas ornament showing Garfield opening a green-and-gold toy chest that is overflowing with children's playthings.  Included among them are a ball, a teddy bear, an alphabet block, and a toy soldier.  The ornament is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Enesco in 1989.

GARFIELD pencil box

  This is a 4x8" mustard-colored (or Garfield-colored) vinyl pencil box.  The lid has a decal showing Garfield leaning forward on his belly, holding a large pencil that he is using to color in his name in red lettering.  The item has minor evidence of having been used on the interior, and no damage anywhere on it.  The decal has signs of use-related wear, as can be seen in the photograph accompanying this description.  The item is in EX+ condition.  It was manufactured by Empire Pencil Corporation sometime during the 1980s.

GARFIELD pull-string talking plush doll

  This rather unhappy looking Garfield is actually quite a nifty toy.  It sits nearly 10" tall and is a stuffed doll with plastic eyes and muzzle.  Garfield wears a red corduroy-type sweater with his name on it inside of a white oval.  He has a pull-string on the back of his neck.  When the cord is pulled, Garfield's eyes open and close and the talking mechanism goes into action.  Garfield says things like I hate children. and Doesn't mean I'm impressed.  The blinking eye motion works perfectly and although somewhat muffled, the voice can be understood.  This item is undamaged and shows minor signs of wear, primarily on the plastic muzzle.  It is in EX+ condition and was manufactured by Mattel sometime during the late 1970s or early 1980s.  The original manufacturer's label is present, too, and is very readable despite an orange stain being on it.

GARFIELD candy tin

  This metal candy tin featuring Garfield has a 3.5" diameter.  It is white in color and shows Garfield poking through the wallpaper or tin itself, smirking.  Above him, his name appears in large red lettering.  This item was manufactured by Cheinco sometime during the 1980s.  It is undamaged and has only light wear, leaving it in no worse than near mint condition.

GARFIELD metal container

  This is a 4" tall by 3.25" square metal container featuring four images of Garfield.  One shows him sitting up, saying Big, fat, hairy deal.  One shows him snoozing, saying Sleep conserves energy.   One shows him sitting and holding Pookie, saying It's nice to have a friend like you.  The last shows him crouching and saying I live for weekends.  This item was manufactured sometime during the 1980s but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.  The top of the box has a minor dent, and there is some wear on the gold-colored edges of the base and the lid, as well as on the interior of the box.  Overall, this item is in VG condition.

GARFIELD plush doll -- sitting, fat

  This is an 8" plush doll of Garfield, who is shown to be exceptionally fat this time around.  He sits with his feet raised in front of him, and a somewhat-frightened expression on his face. This doll retains its original cardboard hang tag, which is affixed to Garfield's left hand.  There is some dirtiness on his plastic eyes, but no damage anywhere on the doll, leaving Garfield in NM+ condition.  He was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the later 1980s or earlier 1990s.

GARFIELD bendy

  This is a 4.5" rubber bendy of Garfield, who is shown with elongated skinny arms and legs. He wears a purple bowtie and has a black, block lettering chest caption saying Am I cool or what? This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.

  This is a 2.25" PVC figure showing Garfield preparing to pass a football.  He wears a white jersey with dark blue stripes on the sleeve.  This item is in NM+ condition.  Its copyright information does not indicate who made it, and it probably dates to the 1980s.

GARFIELD plush doll -- little devil

  This is an 11" plush doll showing Garfield dressed as the devil.  He has a black felt pitchfork attached to his left hand and he wears a red satin cloak on his head with the words Little Devil written on it in pale pink lettering.  This doll is in virtually perfect condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is also in nice shape and sewn securely into Garfield's right hip.  He was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s and his only flaw is a small spot of paint loss on the tip of his nose.

GARFIELD coffee cup / mug -- turning 40

  This is a 3.5" glazed earthenware coffee cup / mug with a dark blue interior and a mainly-white exterior and handle.  It shows Garfield standing inside of a large red zero of the numeral 40, below the red caption No Big Fat Deal!, implying that turning age 40 is no big deal.  The mug was manufactured by Enesco sometime around 1990.  It is undamaged and in NM+ condition.

GARFIELD squeak toy -- in bunny slippers

  This is a 4.25" vinyl squeak toy of Garfield, manufactured by Remco Baby in 1990.  Garfield is shown with his arms raised and smiling contentedly, wearing a red Hug Me night shirt and bunny slippers on his feet.  When squeezed, this item gives off a shrill squeaking sound.  It is free of damage and has only minor paint wear, leaving it in near mint condition.

GARFIELD Dixie cup dispenser

  This is a plastic Dixie cup dispenser featuring Garfield.  The dispenser is 7" tall and entirely white in color, other than the decal shown in the picture.  The decal shows Garfield tugging on a black bowtie, with an evil glint in his eyes.  There is no indication anywhere on this item as to who made it or when it was manufactured, although it probably dates to the earlier 1990s.  It is in perfect original condition and the spring-action plate inside of the dispenser (where the cups are placed for use) moves freely.  The front area beneath the image of Garfield retains some clear but gummy sticker residue that will need to be cleaned off.  But as you can see from the picture, this does not affect the item's appearance at all.

  This is a 3.75" glazed earthenware coffee cup / mug, primarily white in color, with a fun, colorful image of Garfield dressed as a pink Easter Bunny.  He is shown stomach-down, atop a large Easter egg that he is painting blue with a paint roller.  The green caption above him says Have a BIG Easter.  This item is in near mint condition, with a light wear ring inside of the coffee cup / mug, resulting from it having been used and cleaned by its original owner.  Garfield was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s.

  This is one of several Garfield ceramic figurines that Enesco made during the 1980s, showing Garfield perched atop his philosophizing pedestal as he shares his own special words of wisdom with us.  On this item, he tells us "Life is knowing how far to go without crossing over the line."  This figurine is 5" tall.  It is in mint condition and comes with its original cardboard hang tag.

GARFIELD soup mug

  This is a 2.75" tall by 5.5" long glazed earthenware soup mug, primarily white in color.  It says SOUP in large purple lettering three times on the mug, each time serving as the backdrop for a different image of Garfield.  On the left, he crouches before a mug, as if he is about to pounce on it.  In the middle, Garfield is shown in mid-air, pouncing.  On the right, he contentedly naps beside the mug.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured sometime during the 1980s by Enesco and it still retains its original gold foil manufacturer's sticker, on the underside of the mug.

  This is a 3.75" ceramic mug featuring Garfield.  The reverse side of the mug says Happy Anniversary in blue block lettering, by which four flowers are placed.  The front of the mug shows Garfield lounging on his back amidst five yellow flowers, with his left hand and index finger raised.  The black-lettering caption above and below him says Your marriage has lent credence to the old saying . . . misery loves company.  This item is in mint condition.  It retains its original gold foil manufacturer's sticker.  This mug was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s.

  This is a 4.5" porcelain mug showing Garfield as the happy, celebrating graduate.  He wears a blue graduation gown, holds his mortarboard in his raised right hand, and holds his white rolled-up diploma in his raised left hand.  The caption in the blue circle around him says It's all over except for the partying!  This mug was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s.  It is in mint condition.

  This is a 2.5" ceramic figurine showing Garfield as a bowler in mid-approach.  His right leg is bent behind him as he holds his black bowling ball in the air with his right hand.  He wears a white bowling shirt with a red G monogram on the left pocket.  This item was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s as part of a larger sports-themed Garfield figurine set.  It is undamaged and has just a few small spots of paint loss on the bowling shirt, leaving Garfield in near mint condition.

  This is a 3" plastic bicycle reflector of Garfield, who is shown from the chin upward.  His eyes are made of enlarged clear plastic reflecting material, and he himself is orange with black raised-relief accents.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by NCM Corp. and probably dates to the 1990s.

  This is a 9.5" plush doll showing Garfield as a deliveryman wearing a maroon hat with a black brim.  In his arms, he holds a large red Valentine saying Fragile Handle with Care in black and blue lettering.  This doll was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.  It retains its original manufacturer's label and it is in NM+ condition.

  This is an 8.75" plush doll showing Garfield as a magician who is pulling a stuffed white rabbit out of a black cloth hat.  The doll is in mint condition and it still retains its original cardboard manufacturer's hang tag.  Garfield was made by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.

GARFIELD mug -- Class of '87

  This is a 4.75" heavy-duty glazed earthenware mug showing Garfield as an exuberant graduate, clad in a red mortarboard with a blue tassel, a white shirt, a blue necktie, and a red gown.  He is surrounded by blue and yellow stars and, above him, the black caption says Ta-Dah!  The upper interior of the rim of the mug identifies this item with the Class of '87.  It was manufactured by Enesco and is in just about perfect condition.

GARFIELD snowdome -- ice skating

  This is a 4.5" plastic snowdome showing Garfield wearing a Santa Claus cap and ice skating on a pale blue pond.  Given this item's theme and the small white plastic beads inside of the water, when this item is shaken, it actually gives an impression of snow falling inside of the snowdome!  This item's only flaw is that Garfield's right ice skate has come loose and now floats inside of the snowdome.  The red base says Happy Holidays on it in white lettering.  Best of all, this item comes with its original box.  The box has considerable edge wear and one tear on the top flap; but it is complete and at least it's still here!  The front of the box shows the snowdome.  Both sides bear images of a resting Garfield saying Merry Christmas in his bubble caption, and also say:  Hi!  It's me, GARFIELD the cat!  Thought I'd wish you "Happy Holidays."  Aren't I the hottest thing on ice?  I love skating . . . it helps me work up an appetite.  And any exercise that does that can't be all bad!  This item was manufactured by Enesco, probably during the 1980s.

  This is a 2.75" ceramic figurine showing Garfield as a jogger.  His right leg is bent behind him as he strides along, whistling.  He wears a white shirt with a large red G on it, and matching jogging shoes.  This item was manufactured during the 1980s by Enesco as part of a larger Garfield sports-themed figurine set.  This one has no damage and just a few small spots of paint loss on the shirt and tip of Garfield's left shoe, leaving him in no worse than near mint condition.

GARFIELD wooden figure -- I'm lucky I'm Irish

  This is a 2.75" wooden figure showing Garfield dressed as an Irishman who is sitting with a large white pot of gold coins between his legs.  The front of the pot says, in green lettering, I'm Lucky I'm Irish.  This item is in mint condition.  It was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1990s along with numerous other wooden Garfield figural decvorations.

GARFIELD ceramic figurine on white base

  This is a 3.5" ceramic figurine of Garfield, manufactured by Enesco during the 1980s.   It shows Garfield with a bugged-out look on his face, left hand on his stomach, and his right hand raised as if making a point.  The black caption on front of the white base reads "Congratulations.  You did it!"  This item is in nearly perfect condition and retains the original gold foil manufacturer's sticker on the underside of the figurine.

GARFIELD resin figure -- stalking parrot (King of the Jungle)

  This is a 4" resin figurine showing a smug-looking Garfield stealthily stalking a red, yellow, and blue parrot that is perched atop his white princess telephone.  Garfield hides behind a leafy plant and is parting its leaves.  This figurine is in mint condition and it comes with its original certificate of ownership showing that, originally, it belonged to Mildred Heinrich.  It was manufactured by Danbury Mint in 1993 and it was named King of the Jungle by the manufacturer at the time of production.

GARFIELD Easter Bunny plush doll

  Here, we have a 13.5" plush doll showing Garfield as a buck-toothed Easter Bunny.  He wears a white bunny costume and carries a white wicker basket in his left hand. The doll is in NM+ condition and it retains its original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into Garfield's rear end.  He was made by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.

  This is a 3.25" glazed earthenware coffee cup / mug, primarily white in color with a brown backdrop.  It has an image of Garfield sitting up on his haunches, unhappily pouring himself a cup of coffee.  The bubble caption over his head says Don't talk to me 'till I've had my first cup of coffee.  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s.

GARFIELD PVC figure -- boxer

  This is a 2" vinyl or PVC figure of Garfield, who is shown as a boxer who was just knocked down by his opponent.  (Maybe Jon finally had enough of his antics, huh?!)  Garfield wears red boxing trunks with a white band across the top and red boxing gloves.  He was sold as part of a larger collection of sports-themed figures known as the Athletes Feat series.  These items were manufactured by Dakin during the 1980s.  This particular one is in mint condition, having never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original 7x5.5" cardboard mounting card.  The blisterpack is undamaged and the mounting card is in EX condition, with a few corner bends and the original price (25 cents) marked in black magic marker on the upper right-hand corner.

GARFIELD plush doll -- megaphone on head

  This is an 8.25" plush doll showing Garfield sitting with his legs spread widely apart, arms behind him.  He has a smug smirk on his face and is shown wearing a blue knit sweater with an embroidered golden yellow G on it.  On his head, there is a blue cardboard-and-felt megaphone saying Rah Rah on it.  This doll was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.  It is in EX+ to NM- condition, with minor fading on the surface of the megaphone and a few very small spots of paint loss on Garfield's nose being the item's only flaws.

GARFIELD bagged plush doll -- year of the party

  This is a 6.25" plush doll of Garfield who is shown popping his head out of a cream-colored shopping gift bag.  The bag has pink handles and images showing Garfield poking through a large number 10.  The cursive caption on the shopping gift bag says The year of the party in red lettering.  This item is in NM+ condition.  
Garfield retains his original cardboard hang tag and was manufactured by Dakin sometime during the 1980s.

GARFIELD coffee cup/mug -- bottom of the class

  This is a 3.5" earthenware coffee cup / mug showing Garfield bent over with his head on the floor, looking between his legs.  He has a yellow 88 on his rear end, completing the mug's captioning phrase The Bottom of the Class of . . .  This item is in nearly perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Enesco in 1988.

GARFIELD plush doll -- Old King Cole

  This is a 9" plush doll showing Garfield dressed as Old King Cole, complete with a purple robe with a white fur trim, and a satiny golden crown.  The doll was manufactured sometime during the later 1980s by Dakin as part of its Furry Tales series.  Garfield is in virtually perfect condition and his original cardboard hang tag remains affixed to his left hand.

GARFIELD squeak toy, making a face

  This is a vinyl squeak toy manufactured by Paws sometime during the 1990s.  It is 3.5" tall and shows Garfield sticking out his huge red tongue and bearing his fangs.   The item is in mint condition it and gives off a gentle squeaking sound when squeezed.

GARFIELD born to party figurine

  This cute item is a 5.25" ceramic figurine showing Garfield as a party animal, complete with a green lampshade with lavender trim on his head.  he also wears brown shoes, a green suit, and a red bowtie with white polka dots on it.  The black, block lettering caption on the front of the white rectangular base on which he stands says Born to Party.  This item was manufactured by Enesco during the 1980s, and the original gold foil manufacturer's sticker is present underneath the base.  The figurine has no damage but there is a small amount of paint loss on the lampshade, on the shoes, and on the back of Garfield's suit, leaving the item in NM- condition.

  This is a 3.5" glazed earthenware coffee cup / mug showing Garfield as a pennant-waving Philadelphia Eagles fan.  He wears a green jersey with a matching cap, and holds a hotdog in his right hand.  The caption beside Garfield says I'm an EAGLES fan-atic!  This item is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Enesco sometime during the 1980s.
