ALADDIN (Walt Disney) ceramic figurine -- on magic carpet

  This is a 4.25" ceramic figurine of Aladdin, who is shown sitting with his arms folded, as he rests quietly on a two-tone purple magic carpet with yellow trim.  Aladdin wears a cream-colored outfit with purple trim and gold accents.  This figurine is in mint condition.  It probably dates to the 1990s and there is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it.

ALADDIN (Walt Disney) ceramic figurine

  This is a 7.25" ceramic figurine showing Aladdin standing with both arms bent akimbo on his hips as he smiles and looks off toward his right side.  He wears a purple hat, a purple vest (baring his chest, no less!), and white pants with a brown waistband.  He stands in front of a basket reminiscent of a snake charmer's basket.  This figurine was manufactured by Schmid sometime during the 1990s.  It is in NM+ condition and retains part of its original manufacturer's sticker.  Originally, this item sold for $23, according to the original price sticker that remains affixed to the underside of the basket.

ALADDIN & JASMINE (Walt Disney) ball-style Christmas ornament

  This is a 3.25" plastic ball-style Christmas ornament showing Aladdin and Jasmine cuddling together on top of a magic carpet, against an orange backdrop.  The ornament is in mint condition and it comes with its original box.  It was manufactured in 1993 by Schmid.  Originally, this item sold for $7.49 at an American Candle store, according to the price sticker on the back of the box.

ALADDIN & JASMINE (Walt Disney) wooden ornament

  This is a 4.75x6.75" flat wooden Christmas ornament showing Aladdin and Jasmine staring lovingly into one another's eyes, holding hands, atop a magic carpet that soars among the clouds.  The ornament is in nearly perfect condition and it retains its original red ribbon hanging cord.  It was manufactured by Kurt Adler sometime during the 1990s or 2000s along with a few other flat wooden Christmas ornaments of various Walt Disney cartoon characters.

ALBERT ALLIGATOR (Pogo / Walt Kelly) jointed figure

  This is a 5.5" jointed vinyl figure of Albert Alligator, originally manufactured in 1969 as part of a six-item set that also included Beauregard Hound, Howland Owl, Churchy LaFemme, Pogo Possum, and Porky Pine.  (At present, we have the entire set in stock.)  These items were distributed as part of a promotional giveaway along with detergent at that time.  Albert has a yellow belly and an orange scarf around his neck, and holds a black cigar butt in his left hand.  He is free of damage and is in NM to NM+ condition.

ALBERT ALLIGATOR (Pogo / Walt Kelly) cup/mug

  This is a 4.25" plastic cup/mug with a handle hanging off of its side.  It is bright yellow in color and has an Albert Alligator decal on the side.  Albert is shown standing with a cigar butt in his right hand as he looks upward with a rather forlorn expression on his face.  This item was manufactured during the early 1970s as part of a set that also included Pogo Possum, Beauregard Hound, Howland Owl, Churchy LaFemme, and Porky Pine.  There is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made it.  This cup has very little surface wear and no damage, leaving it in NM+ condition.

ALF play set

  This is a 12x6.5" Alf Play Set, in mint, unused condition and remaining sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card.  It includes a jump rope with red handles, several silvery jacks, a red jacks ball, a superball with a picture of Alf on it, and a box of Alf chalk.  The cardboard mounting card has some edge war, but is intact and in nice condition.  It has one colorful drawing of Alf and one photograph of him as well.  This item was manufactured by Gordy International in 1987.

  This is a 12" shaggy plush doll of Alf, who is shown wearing a pastel yellow shirt.  In red lettering, the front of the shirt says With these looks who needs money?  The doll is in virtually perfect condition.  It was manufactured by Coleco in 1988.

ALF shaggy plush hugger doll

  This is a 4.5" shaggy soft brown plush doll of Alf, who has vinyl hands, vinyl feet, and a vinyl face.  His hands hold firmly together but can be separated, enabling him to be attached to a fairly thin object to hold / hug onto it.  Alf's holding/hugging action works just fine.  He is undamaged and in NM+ condition.  He probably dates to the 1980s and there is no indication anywhere on Alf as to who made him.

  This is a 20" shaggy brown plush doll of Alf, who is shown with one wart by his left eye and one on the right side of his snout.  This doll has two light marks on Alf's cheek, and otherwise it is in perfect condition.  Alf was manufactured by Coleco in 1986.

ALF wiry plush doll

  This is a 17.5" plush doll of Alf, whose fur is brown and wiry in feel.  He is show standing with extra-thick legs.  This doll retains its original manufacturer's label, which is sewn securely into the back crease of Alf's left leg.  It shows that he was manufactured by Coleco in 1986.  Undamaged, this doll is in NM to NM+ condition.

ALF plush hand puppet -- baseball player

  This is an 11" plush hand puppet showing Alf as a baseball player for the Orbiters.  He wears a red satin baseball cap and a matching jersey, with the team's name and logo on front in white lettering.  Attached to Alf's left hand is his original cardboard baseball mitt, which is almost always missing when this item is found nowadays.  This item was manufactured in 1988 and was distributed by Burger King fast food restaurants as part of a four-item set.  Alf is in mint condition.

ALF plush hand puppet -- chef

  This plush Alf hand puppet is nearly 12" tall.  It shows our favorite Alien as a French chef, complete with a brown moustache, white beret-style chef's hat, and a white apron that says Cookin' with Alf on it in blue lettering.  This item was manufactured in 1988 and it bears an Alien Productions copyright on its label, which is in great condition and sewn securely into Alf's left hip.  This hand puppet is in virtually perfect condition.

ALF vinyl figure

  This odd item is a 3.25" vinyl figure showing Alf standing with his eyes closed, leaning forward, puckering, as he awaits a kiss.  He wears a pink outfit with a white neck ruffle and is shown standing on a grey slab-like rectangular base.  This item was manufactured in 1990 and was distributed as a premium giveaway by Wendy's fast food restaurants.  Alf is undamaged and there are just a few tiny spots of minor paint loss on the item, leaving it in no worse than near mint condition.  As Alf himself would say, his condition is No Problem!!

ALF shaggy doll -- storage pouch

  This fun item is an 18" shaggy brown doll of Alf, who happens to have a velcroed storage area in the middle of his back.  When this area is opened, it allows for the storage of something approximately the size of one or two adult fists.  Alf is in nearly perfect condition.  He was manufactured by Coleco in 1986.

ALF hand puppet – born to rock

  This is an 11" shaggy plush hand puppet of Alf, who is shown wearing a black Born to Rock cloth shirt and a red-and-white striped headband similar to that worn by Bruce Springsteen. Affixed to his left hand is his original cardboard red electric guitar (intact but creased). This item was released as a promotional item by Burger King fast food restaurants, and it has a 1988 copyright marking. Alf was released as part of a four-item hand puppet set at the time. This particular one is in nearly perfect, seemingly-unused condition.

  This is a 12" shaggy plush doll of Alf, who is shown wearing a lavender shirt with blue lettering on it saying Sure, now you tell me.  This doll is in mint condition.  It was manufactured by Coleco in 1988.

ALF hugger figure

  This is a 3.5" plush hugger / clip-on figure of Alf.  He is shown sitting with his hands and legs in front of him.  His hands are positioned tightly together, enabling him to grab onto any thin, firm surface and hang onto it.  There is no indication on this item as to who made it or when it was manufactured, although Alf is probably a later 1980s piece.  He is in nearly perfect condition, with minor matting of his shaggy brown fur being his only (very minor) flaw.

  This is an 11.5" plush doll of Alf, who is shown wearing a red Hawaiian-style shirt with large banana tree leaves and palm fronds on it.  The doll is in NM+ condition.  It was manufactured by Nanco in 2002.

ALF plush hand puppet -- surfer

  This is an 11.5" fuzzy plush hand puppet showing Alf as a surfer, complete with a turquoise cloth Hawaiian-style shirt and a cardboard surfboard decorated with a palm tree in the island surf.  The surfboard is usually missing whenever this item is found nowadays, as are Alf's cardboard sunglasses, which are also present with this particular item.  This hand puppet was manufactured in 1988 as part of a four-puppet set distributed by Burger King fast food restaurants.  Other than some creasing on the cardboard surfboard and sunglasses, this item is in perfect condition.

ALF plush hugger doll

  This is a 6.25" plush doll of Alf, who is shown sitting with his feet and hands extended in front of him.  His hands can be separated and used to grab onto something, making him a hugger doll.  This item is in virtually perfect condition, and it retains its original gold foil copyright sticker and its original cardboard hang tag.  Alf was manufactured in 1988 by Russ Berrie and Company.

ALICE (Dilbert) doll

  This is a 12" soft stuffed cloth doll of Dilbert's coworker, Alice, who has a beanbag-type filling in her bottom.  She wears a bright pink blazer and skirt, a white blouse, and brown shoes; and as usual, she has pointy brown hair and bright red lipstick.  This doll is in mint condition.  It was manufactured by Gund sometime during the 2000s.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND (Walt Disney) ceramic figurine -- larger size

  This is a 6.25" ceramic figurine of Alice in Wonderland, who is shown standing in front of a green grassy area.  She wears a black bow in her hair, a white apron, a pastel blue dress, white stockings, and black shoes.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and dates to the 1960s or 1970s.  This figurine is in mint condition.  According to the original price sticker (which remains affixed to the underside of the figurine), Alice cost $6.00 when she was sold as new.  Ahhhh, those were the days!!!

ALICE IN WONDERLAND (Walt Disney) Horsman doll

  This truly lovely find is an 11" jointed vinyl doll of Alice in Wonderland.  She has long blonde doll hair, a purple bow in her hair, a purple bow around her neck, a white apron, a light blue cloth dress, white leggings, and black vinyl shoes.  She is 100% original, 100% complete, and has never been removed from her original box.  The doll is in mint condition. The box has a tear on the right side and significant crunching on the underside, but is intact and a wonderful addition to this Wonderland collectible.  Alice was manufactured by Horsman (style 1138).  She bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1960s, or at latest, the 1970s.  This Alice is a fantastic find!

  This is a 5.25" ceramic figurine showing Alice in Wonderland waving with her upwardly-bent left hand.  She holds her right hand by her neckline and is shown wearing a purple bow in her hair, a pale blue dress, a white apron, white stockings, and black shoes.  She stands on an oval base that is decorated with yellow and mulberry-colored flowers.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and was manufactured in 1960.  Alice has no damage anywhere on her and she is in virtually perfect condition.  Nothing written on the item provides any indication of the manufacturer.

  This is a porcelain footed trinket box of Alice in Wonderland, who is shown surrounded by oversized flowering plants.  The lid has a 3.5" diameter and the box stands nearly 2.5" tall.  Alice herself is shown wearing a blue dress, a white apron, white stockings, and black shoes as she stands happily clasping her hands by her neckline.  This item bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1970s.  It is in mint condition and there is no indication of who made the item.

  This is a 2.75" PVC figure showing Alice in Wonderland taking a large step as she walks along a grassy area.  She wears a black ribbon/bow in her hair, a blue dress, a white apron, white stockings, and black shoes.  This figurine is in NM+ condition.  It was hand-painted and manufactured in Germany by Bully in 1984.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND (Walt Disney) salt and pepper set

  This absolutely gorgeous item is a 5.25" heavy-duty ceramic pair of salt and pepper shakers, featuring Alice in Wonderland.  She wears a light blue dress with a white apron, red-and-white striped socks, and black shoes.  Alice is shown looking startled, standing slightly tilted toward her right side in front of several rust-colored mushrooms.  Both pieces are incised with Alice in Wonderland on the underside and Walt Disney Prod. on the rear of Alice's dress.  They probably date to the 1950s and, in all likelihood, were manufactured by Leeds.  One piece is in perfect condition.  The other has some minor factory imperfections on the underside of the item, visible only when it is turned upside-down.  This imperfection is not damage, but rather, just some unevenness in the way the underside edges of the ceramic were poured, formed, and/or molded/fired at the factory.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND (Walt Disney) toy tea set

  This is a pretty incredible find! It is a 100% complete, mint condition, sealed inside of its original box child’s toy tea set featuring Alice in Wonderland and her friends. The set consists of a teapot (Alice in Wonderland), three teacups (White Rabbit), three saucers (White Rabbit), a creamer (March Hare), and a sugar bowl (Mad Hatter). Best of all, this set retains its original protective insert and its original box. The box has colorful graphics showing Alice in Wonderland standing in front of a large purple tree, near multi-colored mushrooms. The box has some edge and corner wear, but it is in nice condition. This item was manufactured sometime during the 1970s or early 1980s, and it bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking. It originally sold for $9.50 in the Disney Store. There is no information anywhere on this item as to who made it.

  This is a 3" bisque figurine showing Alice in Wonderland listening to a purple seashell that she holds up to her right ear.  She stands on a round light green base and wears a black bow in her hair, a white apron, a light blue dress, and black shoes.  This item is in mint condition.  It was manufactured in 1988 as part of a larger collection of Walt Disney cartoon character figures, and the copyright information underneath the base does not indicate who made the item.

  This is a 5.5" ceramic figurine of Alice in Wonderland, who is shown standing in front of a pale green grassy area with her hands by her sides.  She wears a black bow in her hair, a white apron, a light blue dress, white stockings, and black shoes.  This figurine was manufactured by United Cutlery and Glass Company sometime during the 1970s or early 1980s, and it bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking.  This item has no damage anywhere on it and there are two specks of paint loss on the front hem of Alice's dress.  Overall, the figurine is in NM+ condition.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND, CHESHIRE CAT, MAD HATTER, & WHITE RABBIT (Walt Disney) collector's plate

  This is a 7.5" porcelain collector's plate showing Alice in Wonderland standing by a tree.  Nearby, the Cheshire Cat smiles from a branch, the Mad Hatter wields a steaming teapot, and White Rabbit runs with a clock.  This item is in mint condition and it comes with its original box and its original certificate of authenticity (not pictured, but inside of the box).  It was manufactured by Schmid in 1981.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) soaky -- red/yellow version

  During the 1960s, Colgate-Palmolive manufactured several dozen plastic or plastic-and-vinyl soakies of the most popular cartoon characters of the day.  This one stands 10.5" tall and features Alvin from the Chipmunks cartoons in one of several variations that the company released.  He is shown standing atop one yellow and one red book, wearing a long red sweater with a large yellow "A" on front, and holding a harmonica behind his back.  This item retains its original screw-on caps and is not damaged anywhere.  Paint loss is minimal, confined primarily to the edges of Alvin's sweater.  Overall, is in NM- condition condition.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) plush doll – Chipmunks shirt

  This is an 11" plush doll of Alvin, who wears a red ballcap, a red shirt with blue trim, and white pants. His shirt says The Chipmunks on it in yellow lettering. This doll was manufactured in 1983 by CBS Toys along with Simon and Theodore counterparts. When these dolls were sold, they also had changeable outfits that could be purchased separately to give them changes of clothing. Alvin’s outfit is one of those "outfits purchased separately" change-outs. The doll is in nearly perfect condition.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) soaky

  This is the smaller (8.5") variety of the 1960s Colgate-Palmolive soakies featuring Alvin.   Here, Alvin is shown wearing a white sweater with a black "A" on it.   Behind his back, he has his hands, which are holding a flesh-colored harmonica.   Alvin is wearing his original red plastic baseball cap, which can be unscrewed to allow access to where the shampoo was originally stored.  Overall, this item is in NM condition, with one tiny area of paint loss on the side of the "A" and a small rough area along the brim of his ballcap.

  This is a 2.5" PVC figure of Alvin, who wears a brown cowboy hat with a black band on it, a blue bandanna, a too-short black vest, blue sneakers with white soles and laces, and a long red sweater with a large yellow A on it.  This item is undamaged and in near mint condition, with a few very small spots of minor paint loss being its only flaw.  Alvin was manufactured in 1983 but his copyright information does not indicate who made him.

ALVIN old-style doll

  This is a 4.75" firmly-stuffed doll of Alvin, who is shown in the fashion of his older, original appearance.  His exterior consists of a brown corduroy-type fabric with glued-on features, including yellow ears, yellow eyes, yellow arms/hands, a red mouth, white buck teeth, black feet, and a large red A on his painted striped chest.  This doll is in NM+ condition and it retains approximately 2/3 of its original (now illegible) copyright label underneath the doll, as well as Alvin's name appliqué.  The doll was manufactured by Christy Manufacturing sometime during the later 1950s or earlier 1960s.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) small plush doll

  This is an 8" plush doll of Alvin, who has yarn hair.  He wears a red cloth baseball cap and a floor-length red cloth shirt with a large yellow A on it.  This doll's only flaw is the creasing of the paint on Alvin's A.  He was manufactured in 1987 by Graphics International, along with Simon and Theodore counterparts.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) inside a car snowdome rolling toy

  This is a plastic rolling toy with Alvin inside the pink car.  Surrounding Alvin is a plastic dome filled with water and glitter . . . just like a snowdome.  Alvin is shown with a green-and-white gift by his side as he plays his bright yellow guitar.  The car is 2.5" tall and 2.75" long, and is in NM condition.  It was manufactured in 1994 and was distributed as a fast food giveaway by the Carl's Jr. restaurant chain.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) old-style cowboy doll

  This is a 5.5" stuffed cloth doll of Alvin, who is shown in the manner in which he appeared during the earliest years of his existence (prior to the 1963 animated cartoon series was released).  Here, he is dressed as a cowboy, complete with a green hat, a red flowered bandanna, a red felt A on his chest, a small rope lasso, and a blue plastic six-shooter.  This doll is 100% complete and all original.  He was named Hi-Yo Alvin by the manufacturer, Christy Manufacturing, when he was released in 1959.  Alvin is in NM+ condition and he retains his original copyright sticker, which is affixed to the black felt base tha also comprises his feet/shoes.

  This is a 20" plush doll of Alvin, who wears a red baseball cap and a floor-length red sweater with a large mustard yellow "A" on it.  In back, he has a pull string with a pull ring that, when pulled, makes Alvin say such things as Alvin loves you and Hi! I'm Alvin! among others.  The talking mechanism works just fine, but Alvin's voice is a bit muffled during some of his phrases.  Overall, this item is in near mint condition.  It was manufactured in 1983 by CBS Toys along with Simon and Theodore counterparts.

  This is an 11.5" stuffed cloth marionette of Alvin, who has a vinyl head.  He is shown wearing a red baseball cap, a long red sweater with a yellow felt A glued on front, and white shoes with red soles.  This item was manufactured by Knickerbocker in 1963 along with Simon and Theodore counterparts.  Alvin retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and is sewn securely into the left side of his sweater.  With minor wear and no damage, Alvin is in near mint condition.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) plush doll -- larger size

    This is a 12" plush doll of Alvin, originally sold along with Theodore and Simon counterparts.  Alvin was manufactured in 1983 by CBS Toys.  He wears a red cloth baseball cap and a long red cloth sweater/shirt with a large yellow "A" on the front.  This item is in NM- to NM condition, with a light surface stain (visible in the photograph accompanying this description) on part of Alvin's yellow "A".  As you can see from the image on the right, we also have this item available for purchase in its original box.  The box has fun, colorful graphics on it featuring all three of the Chipmunks.  The Alvin doll inside is in mint condition; the box has some edge wear, crinkles, and tape, but is intact and generally in fairly nice condition.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) bank

  This is a 9" vinyl bank of Alvin, who is shown standing and looking upward, smiling sweetly, and holding a blue harmonica in front of him.  Alvin wears a floor-length red sweater with a huge yellow A on it, along with white-and-light-blue shoes.  This item is in NM to NM+ condition, with a few small, minor spots of paint loss being its main flaw.  Alvin has a snug-fitting replacement stopper.  He was manufactured by CBS Toys in 1984.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) musical doll

  This is a 10" plush doll showing an old-style Alvin sitting up on his haunches, holding a metal harmonica in both hands.  He has an orange felt mouth, a matching A on his chest, and brown felt eyes.  When the metal key on Alvin's left side is wound up, he moves the harmonica and plays his song (which we do not happen to recognize).  The harmonica motion and musical mechanisms both work just fine.  Alvin no longer retains his manufacturer's label.  But we know, from having had this item in stock a few times before, that he was manufactured by Monarch Music Company sometime during the later 1950s.  Overall, this doll is in EX to EX+ condition, with minor dinginess on Alvin's fur and tarnishing of the surface of the metal harmonica being his only flaws.

ALVIN (Chipmunks) soap dispenser

    This is a 10" plastic liquid soap dispenser showing Alvin standing with a yellow "soap bar" in his hands.  The "o" is removable, and that is where the liquid soap can be refilled.  In front of Alvin's feet, there is also a white curved soap dish, enabling this item to be used to hold a bar of soap, too.  Alvin wears his usual red baseball cap, red sweater with the large yellow A on it, and blue sneakers with white soles.  This item is in mint, unused condition and it comes with its original box.  The box has some edge, corner, and shelf wear, but is intact and in EX+ condition.  Alvin was manufactured in 1984 by Helm Toy.  As you can see from the image on the right, we also happen to have this item available loose, without a box.  That particular piece is in near mint condition, with wear on the front decal being its only flaw.
