GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) large squeak toy
This
is a heavy-duty vinyl squeak toy of Grumpy, standing 7.5" tall. It was
manufactured during the 1960s or 1970s as part of a complete set of Seven Dwarfs squeak
toys, most of which we have in stock at this time. Grumpy wears a light purple cap,
a mint green jacket, a black belt with a yellow buckle, pink pants, and brown shoes.
Seeing that, we now know one thing: Fashion sense and color coordination were
NOT his strong suits! Anyway, he is shown holding his right hand in a fist and
waving with his left hand, with the usual angry expression on his face. When
squeezed, he gives off a hearty squeaking sound. This item has no damage anywhere on
it. It does have minor paint loss in a few places and a few very small marks that
have been resistant to removal by a gentle attempt at cleaning. Overall, this item
is in EX condition.

GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) resin figure
This is a 3.5"
resin figure showing Grumpy angrily playing his upright piano. He sits on
a purple bench and wears a red coat with a black belt. This item is in
mint condition and comes with its original box and its original clear-plastic
protective insert. Grumpy was manufactured along with all of the other
Seven Dwarfs characters and a Snow White counterpart. He was made in
commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the release of the film Snow White
and the Seven Dwarfs, and was made by Enesco in 2002.

GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) hard stuffed doll
During
the later 1960s or early 1970s, this Grumpy doll was sold as part of a complete set of
hard-stuffed Seven Dwarfs dolls. (We've got most of the others in stock at this
time, too.) Grumpy is wearing a purple cap, a green jacket, a black belt with a
yellow buckle, pink pants, and brown shoes. His furrowed eyebrows, eyes, and mouth
are made of pieces of glued-on felt. His beard is a soft cottony fabric and his arms
have some type of thick, bendable wire inside of them enabling them to be posed somewhat.
Grumpy is 7.25" tall and retains his original manufacturer's label, which is
in nice shape and sewn securely into the back of his feet. He's even brighter in
color and meaner looking in person than in the picture!

GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) Christmas ornament -- holding heart
This is a 2.5"
sturdy bisque figurine that doubles as a Christmas ornament, showing Grumpy
holing a red heart in the air in his right hand while holing onto a pastel
orange sack or stocking in his lowered left hand. This item is in
virtually perfect condition and it still retains its original manufacturer's
copyright sticker and its original gold lame hanging cord. Grumpy was
manufactured by Schmid sometime during the later 1980s or earlier 1990s, and he
bears the Walt Disney Company copyright marking that is consistent with that
time period.

This is a 6"
stuffed cloth pillow-style Christmas ornament showing Grumpy looking, well,
grumpy. The item has a green background and shows Grumpy with his arms
crossed. He wears a yellow floppy hat, a red jacket, a yellow belt, yellow
leggings, and pointy blue shoes. There is no copyright information
anywhere on this item, which we believe to have been manufactured sometime
during the 1970s or 1980s as part of a complete Seven Dwarfs do-it-yourself home
craft ornament set. He is in virtually perfect condition.

This is a 6.5"
ceramic musical showing Grumpy angrily lost in thought, sitting on a blue-grey
tree stump. He wears a brown hat, a purple jacket with a black belt, brown
pants, and pointy tan shoes. When the white plastic base is wound up, the
musical revolves and plays Feeling. Both the rotation and musical
mechanisms work just fine on this item. Grumpy was manufactured by Schmid
sometime during the later 1980s. He bears the Walt Disney Company
copyright marking and is in mint condition.

GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) bisque figurine -- medium size
This is a
4.25" bisque figurine showing Grumpy angrily standing with his right eye
shut, both hands clenched in fists, and his left arm raised. He wears a
blue hat, a purple jacket, tan pants, and brown shoes. The figurine is
completely free of damage and paint loss is confined to the front of Grumpy's
shoes, as shown in the photograph accompanying this description. Overall,
Grumpy is in EX condition. The item probably dates to the later 1930s and
was manufactured as part of a complete Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs bisque
set. Walt Disney is incised on the back of his jacket and Grumpy
is incised on the front of his hat.

GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) molded face doll
This is a 14"
stuffed cloth doll of Grumpy, who has an oil cloth molded face and a fuzzy grey
beard. He is 100% original and complete, still retaining his lavender hat,
beard, rusty orange jacket, blue felt belt with the metallic buckle, tan pants,
and pointy brown shoes. This doll is in VG+ to EX- condition, with one
small worn spot on the right pant leg and some wear on the oil cloth face's
paint being Grumpy's main "issues." He was manufactured by
Knickerbocker and probably dates to the later 1930s.

GRUMPY (Snow White / Walt Disney) squeak toy
This
5" vinyl squeak toy of Grumpy resembles another that we have in stock at this time,
but if you look carefully at the two and compare them, you'll notice that they differ
below the waist. Like the other, this one also has a periwinkle blue hat, a green
shirt, and dark brown shoes. This Grumpy, though, has black pants and a pale pink
shirt bottom that is separated in front. This item gives off a gentle squeaking
sound when squeezed. It was manufactured sometime during the 1970s and bears the
Walt Disney Productions marking on the back of Grumpy's pants. There are a few very
small spots of paint missing here and there, but overall, Grumpy is in near mint
condition.

This is a
4.25" blown plastic Christmas ornament showing Grumpy with his left leg
raised in the air (for no apparent reason) as he waves with his raised right
hand. He wears a turquoise felt hat, an aqua cloth vest, a black buckle
with a gold buckle, maroon flocked pants, and blue plastic shoes. This
item was manufactured sometime during the 1960s or 1970s as part of a complete
set of Snow White and Seven Dwarfs ornaments, but the copyright sticker on the
back of Grumpy's rear end does not indicate who the manufacturer was. He
bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and is in near mint
condition.

bears the Disney Sri Lanka copyright marking and probably dates to the
1990s. Originally, Grumpy was manufactured as part of a complete Seven
Dwarfs musically-themed bisque figurine set. There is no indication
anywhere on this item as to who made it.

This is a
4.25" juice glass done with blue lettering and imagery, featuring
Grumpy. He is shown winking and holding up his left hand and index
finger. The glass is in mint condition and was released sometime during
the 1950s as part of a complete set of Snow White and Seven Dwarfs juice
glasses. The complete set is shown in the image on the right. On the
back of the glass, the rhyming saying is: A fellow never known to
smile. // Who's always sore and jumpy // And very
grouchy in his style. // Is this one--known as GRUMPY. The
manufacturer of this set of juice glasses is unknown. If you decide to
purchase the entire set of eight glasses in a single transaction, we will
discount the purchase price for the set to $150 for you.

blue jacket, a black belt, and blue shoes. When squeezed, he gives off a
loud, shrill squeaking sound. This item is in NM+ condition.

considerable amount of paint loss. Grumpy was manufactured during the

figurines, and this particular one is from the largest set that the manufacturer
made.

manufactured sometime during the early 1990s by Bikin USA Corp. He is in
mint condition and has never been removed from his original box, which is in

Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1950s or 1960s.

In
1967, Gund manufactured this Grumpy doll as part of a complete set of Seven Dwarfs dolls.
We have the entire set in stock at this time. Grumpy is 9" from top to
bottom. He is wearing a purple cap, pale olive green jacket, off-white long johns,
black belt with a white buckle, and brown shoes. His eyes and eyebrows are made of
glued-on felt; his mouth and cheek accents are painted-on red markings. Grumpy
retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in great shape and sewn securely into
his right hip. His hands are made of plastic. Inside of his arms and feet are
thick bendable wires that enable him to be repositioned somewhat. Grumpy's belt
buckle has a small tear in it. Otherwise, this item is in flawless condition--near
mint overall. If you decide to purchase the entire set of Seven Dwarfs dolls in a
single transaction, we'll discount the price to $225 for you.

This is a
3.25" bisque figurine of Grumpy, who is shown scowling and winking with his
right eye closed as he holds his left arm and fist out. He wears a purple
hat, a mulberry-colored jacket, tan pants, and brown shoes. This item is
in EX condition, with no damage but several small areas of paint loss scattered
about. Grumpy's name is incised just above his forehead on his hat, and Walt
Disney is incised on the back of his coat. This item probably dates to
the later 1930s or early 1940s and it may have been manufactured by
Borgfeldt. Originally, Grumpy was sold as part of a complete set of Snow
White and Seven Dwarfs figurines.

GUINAN (Star Trek -- Next Generation) action figure
This
action figure of Guinan was manufactured by Playmates in 1993. It comes complete
with a Starfleet action base, drinking glasses, chess set, and Ten-Forward tray.
Guinan is in mint condition, having never been removed from her clear-plastic blisterpack
or her original cardboard mounting card. The blisterpack is in nearly perfect
condition. The mounting card has no damage, but has one lightly creased area in the
upper left-hand corner and one very small spot of wear in the bottom right-hand
corner. This item measures 10" tall by 7.5" wide.

This is a 7.5"
plush doll showing Gumby as a basketball player. He wears purple trunks
and has a basketball in his left hand, while he waves with his right arm.
The doll was manufactured by Ace Novelty in 1988, as indicated on the
manufacturer's label that is sewn securely into the back of Gumby's left
leg. The doll has one small spot of dirt on the front of Gumby's right leg
and one small scratch on the eyeball of his left eye. Overall, the doll is
in NM- condition.

This is a 13" stuffed cloth Gumby doll with spongy
foam-filled legs. He has sewn-on facial features that show him smiling and
looking forward. Gumby wears a gold sheriff's star badge on his chest,
although we are unsure whether or not this part was original to the doll.
Gumby was manufactured in 1995 by Trendmasters. He has no damage anywhere
on him and still retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in nice
condition and sewn into his left leg. Overall, this doll is in NM+
condition.

This is a 16.5" soft stuffed cloth doll of Gumby,
who has thick legs. He is shown smiling, as usual, and looking downward
and toward his left. This doll was manufactured by Good Stuff, probably
sometime during the later 1990s. It retains its original manufacturer's
label, which is in great condition and sewn securely into Gumby's right heel (if
Gumby has heels, that is). He also has a string with a suction cup
attached to the top of his head, enabling him to be suspended from a glass or
smooth metal surface. This item is undamaged and has only minor signs of
use on the fabric, leaving it in no worse than near mint condition.

This is a
3.25" PVC figure showing Gumby dressed as a cowboy. He wears a red
neckerchief and a short brown vest, and is shown holding a brown lasso in his
right hand and a tan cowboy hat in his raised left hand. This figure is in
virtually perfect condition. It was manufactured by Prema Toy in 1989.

GUMBY soaky
This is a
9.25" vinyl soaky of Gumby, who is shown standing with his legs spread
apart somewhat, arms akimbo at his hips. Gumby is entirely green in color
and has a clear appliqué on his head providing his facial features. He
was manufactured in 1987 by Prema Toy Company along with Pokey and Blockhead
counterparts. (We have Pokey in stock at this time, too.) On back,
Gumby retains his original manufacturer's copyright sticker. It is intact
and entirely readable, but about half of it has a clear, darkened stain,
probably resulting from the spillage of the shampoo onto the sticker when this
item was in use by its previous owner. The soaky itself is in nearly
perfect condition.

GUMBY basketball player doll
This is a 15"
plush doll showing Gumby as a basketball player. He wears light purple
satin shorts and holds an orange cloth basketball under his left arm. This
doll is in virtually perfect condition. Gumby's original owner removed his
manufacturer's label, so we are unsure who made the doll or when it was
manufactured. In all likelihood, this is a later 1980s or a 1990s doll.

GUMBY soft stuffed vinyl doll
This Gumby doll stands 16.5" tall and is bright
Gumby green in color. It is stuffed fairly firmly and is covered with a
thin vinyl outer covering. Gumby is smiling, as usual, and is shown
looking downward and toward his left side. He has a string with a suction
cup attached to the top of his head, enabling him to be attached to a window or
a smooth metallic surface and suspended from it. Gumby was manufactured by
Good Stuff, probably sometime during the later 1990s. He retains his
original manufacturer's label, which is in very nice condition and sewn securely
into Gumby's right heel. He is undamaged but the lower part of his right
leg and the lower side of his left leg have several light marks on them that
have been resistant to gentle attempts at cleaning him. As is, he is in
EX+ condition. If these marks can be removed with further cleaning, then
Gumby would be in virtually perfect shape.

This is a
3.75" hollow vinyl hugger figure of Gumby, who is shown standing with both
arms extended in front of him. They can be separated just enough to allow
him to hug, or grab, onto something relatively thin and stay there with the
power of his hugging function. This item is in mint condition. It
was manufactured by Prema Toy in 1984.

This is a 16"
soft stuffed doll showing Gumby dressed as Santa Claus (Gumby Claus?), complete

original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into
Gumby's left leg. It shows that he was made by Nanco in 2000.

This is a
2.75" rubber figure of Gumby, originally sold along with a Pokey
counterpart (which we also have in stock). Together, these items were
known as Gumbitties. They were manufactured by Jesco for Prema Toy Company
sometime during the 1980s or early 1990s. This one of Gumby is undamaged
and has only minor paint wear, leaving it in NM+ condition.

This PVC figure of Gumby stands
nearly 3" tall. It shows Gumby wearing a brown suede jacket with a

Applause in 1989. It is undamaged and has only minor specks of paint loss,
leaving it in NM to NM+ condition.

middle, but it is undamaged and in NM+ condition overall. Gumby retains
his original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely
into his left leg. It shows that he was made by Ace Novelty in 1988.

GUMBY foam rubber bendy
This is a 12" foam rubber bendy of Gumby, who is
entirely bright green in color other than his facial features. He has
yellow eye brows, white eyes with red pupils, a yellow nose, and a yellow smile,
all of which are raised from this head. This item was manufactured in 1984
by Lewco along with a Pokey counterpart. Gumby appears to have been used
but not abused. His foam rubber is undamaged and very pliable, with some
evidence of crinkling, which is typical for foam rubber dolls as they age. Overall, this item is in
EX+ condition.

This is a 14"
plush doll showing Gumby as a football player. He wears a white jersey
with red and turquoise trim and holds a soft stuffed vinyl football helmet in

GUMBY beanbag-stuffed bendable doll
This
is a 13" doll of Gumby, manufactured in 1983 by Sher Stuff. (We also have this
item's counterpart, Pokey, in stock at this time.) Gumby has a foam-stuffed upper
body and head, wires inside of his arms that enable them to be posed, and foam stuffing
and a beanbag-type filling in his legs, so that he can stand freely on his own.
Gumby's facial features are all embroidered and include yellow eyebrows, nose, and mouth,
and white eyes with red pupils. This item is in mint condition, including its
original manufacturer's label, which is sewn securely into the bottom of Gumby's
left foot.

GUMBY plush doll -- I'm Back Baby!
This is a soft
plush doll of Gumby, standing 18.5" tall. He waves with his
upwardly-bent left arm and wears a white shirt with red block lettering saying I'm

presence of its manufacturer's labels. Gumby was made by Toy Network and
he probably dates to the 1990s or 2000s.

GUMBY plush Santa Claus doll
This is an 8"
plush doll of Gumby, who is shown waving with his left hand. He wears a
Santa Claus hat and is shown looking downward and toward his left side.
The doll was manufactured by Ace Novelty in 1988, as indicated on the original
manufacturer's label that is sewn securely into the back of Gumby's left
leg. This doll is in near mint condition, with the absence of one small
eyebrow being Gumby's principal flaw.

GUMBY push-button talker
This
item is made of hard vinyl and was manufactured by Trendmasters sometime during the 1980s
or 1990s. Gumby stands nearly 6.5" tall. When the small button beneath
his mouth is depressed, he says "Hi, I'm Gumby" or "Have a Gumby day
everyday." Gumby's arms are jointed at the shoulder; the legs and body are
fixed in place. There is a swirling mark in the vinyl on Gumby's left side, beneath
his arm, of unknown origin. This mark is not discolored in any way and does not
affect the display quality or functioning of this item, but it appears to be a minor
(factory made?) defect of some kind. Otherwise, this item is without damage or wear.
Overall, Gumby is in near mint condition.

GUMBY disguise kit -- pirate and silly kid
This terrific find
is a Gumby disguise kit toy, in mint, unused condition and still sealed inside
of its original box. It features a 10" Gumby figure and two complete
disguises. This particular variation (which is explained on the reverse
side of the box) includes the pirate and silly kid disguises. The box has
fun, colorful graphics on it, just adding to the fun of the purchase. This
item was manufactured in 1996 by Trendmasters (Prema Toy).

GUMBY & POKEY paint set
This is a
4.25x4.75" plastic paint set featuring Gumby and Pokey. The set
includes 6 paint disks mounted on a white plastic tray alongside two mixing /
cleaning wells, as well as a small red paintbrush. The plastic tray shows
Gumby waving and Pokey smiling from inside of a heart. This item is in
mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original
clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card.
The mounting card has colorful graphics showing artist Gumby painting a portrait
of Pokey, and another of Gumby waving with Pokey at his side. The mounting
card has some wear in the upper right-hand corner, where the previous owner
removed the original price sticker, but it is undamaged. This item was
manufactured in 1988 by Henry Gordy International.

This is a
10x7" package containing a few sheets of self-adhesive, removable stickers

market in 1983. This item was manufactured by Mark 1.

GUMBY'S BAND MATE FAT BUCKLE
This uncommon find
is a 5.75" rubber bendy of Fat Buckle, who is is one of the members of
Gumby's rock band, The Clayboys. He is principally red in color, with a
yellow belt and tri-pointed blue polyester hair. This item is in virtually
perfect condition. It was manufactured by Prema Toy and Trendmasters in
1993.

This is a 3.5"
ceramic figurine of Gus, the mouse attendant from Walt Disney's feature-length
animated cartoon Cinderella. He was originally manufactured along
with a Jac counterpart sometime during the 1960s or early 1970s. He wears
a pointy blue hat, a green shirt, and brown shoes, and is shown standing with
his hands clasped together beneath his chin. This item bears the Walt
Disney Productions copyright marking but there is no indication as to who the
maker was. Gus is undamaged and he has just a few tiny specks of paint
loss, leaving him in NM+ condition.

GUS (Cinderella / Walt Disney) hand puppet
This lovely old
find is a 12" plush hand puppet of Cinderella's mouse attendant, Gus.
He has a grey and yellow plush body and a soft rubber head, along with a red
ribbon around his neck, red plastic buttons, and black vinyl shoes. This
hand puppet is in nearly perfect condition and it retains its original
manufacturer's label. Gus probably dates to the 1950s or early 1960s, and
he was manufactured by Gund as part of a larger set of plush Walt Disney cartoon
character dolls and puppets.

This beautiful,
rare find is a 10" hard-stuffed doll of Gus, who wears a green felt hat and
a yellow felt shirt. He stands with both arms somewhat extended from his
body, with a startled expression on his face. This doll is 100% original
and complete, and it is in virtually perfect condition, including the wiry tail
(which is fully intact, just not shown in the photograph accompanying this
description). Best of all, Gus even retains his original hang tag.
He was manufactured in Italy by Lars, along with a Jac counterpart. Gus
was made sometime during the 1950s or 1960s. At this time, we also have

This lovely,
uncommon find is a 3.5" ceramic figurine showing a coy-looking Gus holding
his left finger to his chin. He wears a dark green hat, a lime green short
shirt, and brown shoes. This item is undamaged and in nearly perfect
condition, with some grease pencil numbers on the underside of his shoes
(probably indicating that his original price was $1.25). Gus was
manufactured by Shaw / American Pottery sometime during the early 1950s.

Here is a genuinely
rare find for you vintage-era Disney collectors! It is a 15"
firmly-stuffed plush doll of Gus. He wears his original green felt hat
(complete and intact, although not easily visible in the photograph accompanying
this description), his original red felt shirt, and his original green felt
shoes. He has glued-on cloth eyes, off-white felt ears, and black yarn
whiskers. The doll is undamaged and in no worse than near mint
condition--extremely nice for its age and rarity. It even retains its
original manufacturer's label, showing that Gus was manufactured by Gund.
He probably dates to the 1950s.

two-tone plush hand puppet of Gus, who has a vinyl head and black vinyl

by Gund sometime during the 1950s or 1960s, and it retains its original
manufacturer's label. Gus is undamaged but his plush (especially the
yellow and white parts) does show play-related dinginess, and there is a
moderate amount of paint loss on the vinyl of his hat and head. Overall,

is in mint condition and it still retains its original hang tag.

Preschool released a set of 24 Sesame Street / Muppets character beanbag

set. He has fuzzy black hair, a white shirt with a red tie, a blue blazer
with yellow buttons, and black pants and shoes. Guy Smiley is in mint
condition and he comes with his original cardboard hang tag.
