GOOFY (Walt Disney) bisque figurine -- The Goof

Before his name was changed to Goofy, Goofy was known as The Goof . . . just as it is on this 3.5" bisque figurine. That name, along with Walt Disney Japan, is incised onto his back. He wears a red outfit, yellow gloves, and a green vest, and is shown standing with his right fist behind him and his left hand in front of him. There is no indication anywhere on this item as to who made it or specifically when it was manufactured, but it probably dates to the early 1940s. As the photograph accompanying this description clearly shows, this item has a fair amount of paint loss on the lower legs and shoes. Goofy's head was also neatly reglued by one of his previous owners.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) ceramic mug

This is a 3x4.75" ceramic mug, principally white in color, with a raised-relief image of Goofy's smiling face on one side. It shows him surrounded by a brown circle with both ears curled in different directions. The mug's handle is light blue and is shaped like Disneyland's and Walt Disney World's "D". This item is in NM+ condition and it probably dates to the 1970s. There is no indication anywhere on the mug as to who made it.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) marionette

This beautiful item is a mint condition, unused 10" marionette of Goofy, manufactured by Pelham Puppets in 1979. Goofy wears a green cloth hat, a red shirt, blue pants with a red patch, and yellow shoes. His clothing appears to be made of cloth and he himself is made of composition. The box is in extremely nice condition, too, and is complete, including the cellophane window on front. As older marionettes go, they don't come any sweeter than this one!

This fun item is a 13" plush hand puppet of Goofy, who wears a yellow-and-red hat, a bright orange shirt, and a green vest. The puppet is in nearly perfect condition. It bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and, thus, probably dates to the 1970s or early 1980s. There is no indication anywhere on Goofy as to who made him.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) blown-glass Christmas ornament -- one-man band

This is a 6.5" blown-glass Christmas ornament showing Goofy as a one-man band. Very, very nifty item! Goofy wears a Santa Claus hat on his head, an orange shirt, blue pants, and orange shoes. He has a large drum adorned with holly sprigs on his back; a red, green, and gold concertina in his hands; red-and-gold cymbals on his knees; and he is perched atop a green, red, and gold drum. This item was manufactured by Santa's Best in 1998. It is in mint condition and has never been removed from its original box.

This is a 2.25" PVC figure of Goofy, who probably was intended to be used as a pencil topper. He is shown with an elongated body and an enlarged head, and short, stubby legs that are bent at the knees. This item is in near mint condition, with a few small spots of minor paint loss being his only flaws. Goofy's copyright information does not indicate who made him, but it does bear the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking, suggesting that the item dates to the 1970s.

This is a 16.5" stuffed cloth, plush doll of Goofy, who wears a red "corrugated" hat and a matching shirt, denim-style pants, and a yellowish-orange felt vest. The doll is complete and all original, down to the original manufacturer's label which is sewn into Goofy's left side. Goofy was manufactured by Knickerbocker in 1976. He is undamaged other than a few tiny moth holes in the felt vest, leaving him in EX+ to NM- condition overall.

This is a 5.75" jointed plastic flocked figure of Goofy, who wears an orange hat, a yellow vest, blue pants, and pale grey shoes. He is in near mint condition, with no damage and just a few small spots of minor wear on his flocking. He comes with his colorful original box, which has a plastic display window on front. The box is designed to resemble the Mickey Mouse Club's clubhouse. Goofy was manufactured in 1987 by Applause.

This fun item is a 6.75" solid resin figure of Goofy, who is shown standing atop a pale green rectangular base marked Walt Disney Productions in black, block lettering on the front. He wears a black vest, yellow gloves, a washed red sweater, blue jeans, and yellow shoes, and is shown standing with his knees bent as he prepares to snap the fingers on his left hand. What appears to be paint loss in the photograph are, in actuality, a few small spots on the figure that were never painted during the production process. Goofy was manufactured in Italy sometime during the 1960s or 1970s, but his copyright information does not indicate who made him. He is in NM+ condition.

It consists of a briefcase, a calculator, a billfold with toy money, an appointment calendar, and a key. The toy is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card. The mounting card has colorful graphics showing executive Goofy using his very own red calculator. This item was manufactured by Famus Corp.

This item is in NM+ condition and it retains its original foil sticker, which is also in nice condition. GOOFY (Walt Disney) basketball player skill toy

This "honey" of an item probably dates to the 1950s. It is an 8" tall lightweight wooden skill toy of Goofy, the basketball player. The object of this toy is to use the lever beneath Goofy's shooting arm to propel the small white basketball (which actually looks more like a baseball than like a basketball) into the net. Depending upon where on the rolled-out red paper the figure of Goofy is placed, different numbers of points can be earned for making a basket. This item appears to be complete and all original, including the notched-into-place figure of Goofy, the ball, the scoring mat, the instruction sheet, the net, the backdrop, and best of all, the original box. The box especially makes this an incredibly rare find, since it is present and in very nice condition. Overall, this item is in NM- to NM condition and the box is in EX to EX+ condition, with one small tear on the lid's surface where the original price sticker was removed. It's a very rare, fun, older Walt Disney collectible item!

Although he closely resembles the Marx figures that were released during the early 1970s, this Goofy was made by Durham Industries in 1978.

The bank's coin slot is located on the top of the aqua-colored bed roll on the camper's roof and the original generic black rubber stopper is no longer present. This item is in virtually perfect condition. It bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and probably dates to the 1970s. This gorgeous and incredible find is a 4.5" vinyl wind-up toy of Goofy, who vibrates and scampers around a floor or tabletop when he is wound up and then released. He wears a red hat, a red shirt, a black vest, blue pants, and black shoes. This item is in mint, working condition. Best of all, Goofy comes with his very colorful original box. The box has some crinkling on the cellophane front window and a torn spot on the top flap; but it is completely intact. Goofy was manufactured by Marx sometime during the 1960s. The toy itself is a fairly uncommon find, but the box is extremely rare.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) head bank

This is a hard vinyl bank of Goofy's head, originally manufactured during the early 1970s by Play Pal Plastics. From top to bottom, this item is about 10" tall. The coin slot is located just beneath Goofy's hat, and the original stopper is no longer present. Goofy has a few small areas of paint loss and a moderate amount of paint loss on his nose. He has no damage of any kind. Overall, this bank is in EX+ condition.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) stacking figure

This is a 2.5" plastic stacking figure of Goofy, who wears a bright orange wrestler's uniform and matching shoes. He has flat raised hands, enabling the next character figure to be stacked on to of him. This item is undamaged and has a few small spots of paint loss, leaving it in NM- condition. Goofy has no indication anywhere on him as to who made him or when he was manufactured, although our best guess is that he dates to the 1980s or 1990s.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) doll -- goofy guy

This is an 8.5" plush doll of Goofy, with a beanbag-style bottom. He wears yellow pants, black shoes, and a green shirt that says I'm a Goofy Guy in black lettering. Goofy was manufactured by Knickerbocker, probably during the later 1970s. He bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking. Goofy retains his original manufacturer's label, which is in great condition and sewn securely into the right side of his shirt. This doll is in NM+ condition.

This is a sealed package containing six 11" round balloons showing Goofy standing on his head, in front of a large yellow circle. These items are in mint, unused condition and they remain sealed inside of their original bag/packaging. Goofy was manufactured by National Latex Products sometime during the 1980s or 1990s. The item bears the Walt Disney Company copyright marking.

This Goofy doll is nearly 18" tall. It shows him wearing a mustard yellow hat with a brown band, an orange shirt, a turquoise vest, brown pants, black socks, and brown shoes. This doll was manufactured in 1984 by Applause and it bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking on its manufacturer's label, which is in great shape and sewn securely into Goofy's pants seat. This doll is in NM+ condition and is free of damage.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) squeak toy -- seated

This is a 5.75" vinyl squeak toy showing Goofy sitting with his legs crossed, thinking hard about something, and appearing quite perplexed. He wears a lime green hat, an orange sweater, a mulberry-colored vest, blue pants, and brown shoes. A snazzy dresser, he is not. When squeezed, this item gives off a gentle squeaking sound. Goofy was manufactured sometime during the 1990s and the copyright information does not indicate who made him. This item is free of damage but there are a few marks on Goofy's snout (visible in the photograph accompanying this description), leaving him in NM- to NM condition overall.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) head-pivoting squeak toy

This odd item is a 1980 vinyl squeak toy of Goofy, who is shown to be half head, half body. His head pivots forwards and backwards, and he gives off a hearty chirping sound when his body is squeezed. Goofy wears a yellow shirt, black vest, blue pants, and brown shoes. He bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking and was manufactured by Ideal as part of a collection of similarly-appearing Walt Disney cartoon characters. Goofy is undamaged and he has minor paint loss, principally on his pants. Overall, he is in near mint condition.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) framed puffy sticker

This is a framed and mounted vinyl puffy sticker of Goofy, who appears in the center of an 8.75x7" cream-colored plastic picture frame. This item was released sometime during the 1970s as part of a much larger set of Walt Disney cartoon character framed puffy sticker "pictures." Goofy is in NM+ condition. There is no indication anywhere on this item as to who made it, and we do have a few of the counterpart items in our inventory as well.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) bank -- convertible

This colorful item is a 7.5" vinyl bank showing Goofy driving an old-style blue convertible with a green rolled-back roof, red fenders, a silver grate, yellow headlights, and silver hubcaps. The bank's coin slot is located on top of the roof and the original stopper is present underneath the bank. This item is in near mint condition, with a few specks of paint loss on two of the tires (one of which is visible in the photograph accompanying this description) and minor paint loss on the underside of the tires (where the bank rests on the shelf) being its only flaws. This item was manufactured sometime during the 1990s and the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

This is a 3.5" plastic gumball holder showing Goofy sitting with his legs crossed, holding brown cymbals in both hands. His right arm can be pulled away from his body, allowing access to a stored, hidden gumball inside. This item was manufactured by Superior Toy sometime during the 1970s or early 1980s as part of a multi-character Walt Disney gumball holder set. It is in near mint condition, with no damage and just a few small spots of minor paint loss.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) snowboarder figure

This is a 7.25" jointed vinyl figure showing Goofy as an extreme snowboarder, complete with a lime green snowboard with his name on it in red lettering. Goofy himself wears a green helmet a pale grey snowboarding outfit, a dark grey protective vest, and lime green-and-white shoes. This toy is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original packaging. The reverse side of the cardboard mounting card has a large, colorful image of Goofy looking behind him, startled. The item was manufactured for distribution in the Disney Stores and was made sometime during the early 2000s.

This fun item is a 5.25" figural PVC bookmark of Goofy. He is shown standing on his tiptoes, thinking, with his left hand resting against the side of his head. The center of his red shirt is the bookmark's "tongue" and Goofy's face, unlike the rest of the item, is three-dimensional. This item is undamaged and in EX+ condition, with light paint wear on the outer edges of Goofy's shirt being its only flaw. This item was manufactured by Applause and it probably dates to the 1980s.

GOOFY (Walt Disney) bisque musical

This is an 8" bisque musical showing Goofy as a member of a marching band in Disney on Parade. He wears a red drum major's hat with a yellow feather on it, a red shirt, a black vest, blue pants, and brown shoes, and is shown in a marching pose. The round trapezoidal base on which he stands is decorated with yellow, red, and blue musical notes. When the base is wound up, the musical revolves and plays Children's Marching Song. The revolving and musical mechanisms both work just fine on this item. Goofy was manufactured by Schmid sometime during the 1980s or early 1990s, and he bears the Walt Disney Company copyright marking. This item is in mint condition.

This is a 4.25" rubber bendy of Goofy, who wears a lime green hat, an orange shirt, blue pants, and brown shoes. He has a very happy open-mouthed expression on his face. This item is in perfect condition and appears never to have been used before. Goofy was released by Kellogg's cereals as a premium giveaway sometime during the earlier 2000s.

The front of the pedestal says You're Goofy! in pale grey lettering. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Monogram Products and probably dates to the 1970s. Goofy bears the Walt Disney Productions copyright marking.
