a maroon shirt and red-painted veins on his hands. This item is in mint condition

FRANKENSTEIN (Universal Studios / monsters) magnetic disguise set
Some
people know this type of item better as a magnetic wonder whiskers set, although this
particular one is referred to as the magnetic disguise set. It has a picture of
Frankenstein's face that is contained in a small rectangular blisterpack filled with tiny
iron shavings. When the red magnetic bar is moved across the shavings, they move and
can be used to give Frankenstein a moustache, beard, and so forth . . . just as you see in
the colorful graphics on the back of the mounting card. This item measures 9"
tall by 6" wide and is in mint condition. It was manufactured by Imperial in
1987.

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) bank on slate base
This is an 8"
vinyl bank showing a happy-looking Fred Flintstone standing with his arms by his
sides atop an oval grey rock/slate base. He wears a turquoise necktie and
his usual orange cavesuit with the black triangular decorations on it.
This item was manufactured in 1994 as part of a set of Flintstones character
banks and figures that also included Barney Rubble, Pebbles, Dino, and Bamm
Bamm. Each character appeared both in bank and figure form. The coin
slot is located on Fred's back and there is no easy way to remove money placed
into him, as he has no stopper or place to remove the money. This item is
in NM+ condition and the copyright information does not indicate who made Fred.

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) plastic figure
This tough-to-find
item is a 5" plastic figure of Fred Flintstone, whose legs move slightly
and whose arms can be moved up and down. He has muscular arms and is shown
wearing an orange cavesuit with black triangles on it, along with a light blue
necktie. Fred was manufactured for the overseas market (Australia,
according to the person who sold him to us) sometime during the 1970s, along
with a Barney Rubble counterpart, which we happen to have in stock at this time
as well. He is undamaged and in EX+ condition, with several small spots of
minor paint loss on his necktie, nose, and hair. There is no indication

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) vinyl squeak toy
This
is a very attractive 9" vinyl squeak toy of Fred Flintstone, who is shown standing on
a tuft of grass with his arms by his sides. Fred is wearing his trademark orange
cavesuit with the black triangular spots/decorations on it and a blue necktie. When
squeezed, this item gives off a hearty squeaking sound. Fred was manufactured in
1979 by Sanitoy along with a Yogi Bear counterpart, which we also have in stock at this
time. The vinyl is completely free of damage on this item and paint wear is
extremely minimal. Although he appears to be somewhat faded in color, this Fred is,
in reality, not sun-faded at all; he was made with muted colors. Overall, he is in
NM to NM+ condition.

at a slant toward his right side) with both arms resting by his sides, atop a
grey rock base. The figure is in NM+ condition. It probably dates to
the 1990s and there is no indication anywhere on the item as to who made
it. The person from whom we originally acquired this item had a large
collection of Flintstones items that came from the international markets.
So in all likelihood, this Fred piece probably came from Mexico, South America,
or one of the European nations.

condition, still sealed inside of its original clear-plastic blisterpack and

the 1970s or 1980s, and there is no indication anywhere on it as to who made

made it.

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) plaster bank
This
is a 14" chalk/plaster bank that was manufactured to
look like a close-duplicate of the Homecraft bank that was manufactured during the early
1970s. This item was probably crafted sometime during the 1990s. It shows Fred
Flintstone wearing a bright orange cavesuit with a black necktie. In his left hand, he
holds a round grey slab (wheel?); in his right hand, he holds a long grey stick. The
coin slot is located on the upper portion of the back of Fred's cavesuit. There is
no coin trap to get access to the money, so the only way to retrieve one's wealth and
fortune from Fred would be to break him open. This item is in nearly perfect
condition and the paint is very nicely done, too. Please note that, due to the
highly fragile nature of this item, insurance is not optional
with this particular purchase.

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) sun catcher

make-it-and-bake-it (Makit&Bakit, as the manufacturer calls it) item
featuring a dark grey outline of Fred Flintstone. The idea is to fill him
with "parts sold separately" plastic filling beads (which are
described on the back of the mounting card) that can be poured between his
raised edges, and then placed into an oven to bake and melt. When fully
baked/melted, Fred becomes a colorful sun catcher, named here a "stained
glass" frame-up. Fred himself is 5" tall. He is in mint,
unused condition and remain sealed inside of his original clear-plastic
blisterpack and mounted on his original cardboard mounting card. The
mounting card has significant corner wear and creasing, but it is fully
intact. This item was manufactured by Quincrafts Corp. and, although

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) turnover tank
This nifty item is
a 3.5" tin wind-up toy showing Fred Flintstone supporting the weight of his
Turnover Tank. The tank itself is shaped like an army tank and shows Dino
in the hatch, Betty Rubble and Baby Puss peeking out of the back window, Wilma
Flintstone peeking out of the front window and waving, Barney Rubble peeking out
of the left side, and Fred himself peeking out of the right side of the
tank. When the wind-up arm is wound up and the toy is placed on a firm
surface, the tank rolls along a bit and Fred raises up and tries to flip the
tank over. Sometimes, Fred has the strength to do this; sometimes he does
not. Overall, though, the toy is in fine working condition. It is
simply a matter of the turnover action not being very strong. This item
was manufactured by Linemar in 1962. It is complete and undamaged, with
some scratching of the tin along the edges where it comes into contact with the
ground when it turns over. Overall, this item is in EX condition--quite
nice for a relatively rare, working, vintage-era Flintstones tin toy!

FRED FLINTSTONE (Flintstones / Hanna Barbera) plush/vinyl doll -- smaller size
This
is a 1962 doll of Fred Flintstone, originally manufactured by Knickerbocker along with a
Barney Rubble counterpart (which we also have in stock at this time). Fred is
11" tall and has a vinyl head and a stuffed body. He is wearing a yellow felt
collar, a red felt necktie, and a shaggy light blue cavesuit. The vinyl on Fred's
head is free of damage, but does show a moderate amount of paint wear, especially on his
hair. The clothing is complete and undamaged. The blue cavesuit has obvious
soiling on it, especially in back. Not knowing specifically how to try to clean an
item such as this without risking harming it, we have not tried to remove the soil spots;
so we do not know whether or not they can be removed. This item retains its
original manufacturer's label, which is in nice condition and sewn securely into the side
of Fred's right leg. Overall, this item is in VG condition.
