BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) musical
This
is a very attractive ceramic musical of Bugs Bunny, who is shown running in front of a
wooden fence dropping some of his armful of carrots on the ground around him. When
the metallic knob underneath the base is wound, the musical revolves and plays The
Entertainer. This musical stands 6.5" tall and was part of a series of
Looney Tunes character musicals that Gorham manufactured in 1981. This item works
perfectly and has no damage anywhere on it. It retains the original blue-and-silver
foil manufacturer's sticker on the underside of the base and has only a few tiny spots of
paint wear. It is in NM+ condition. PLEASE NOTE:
Because of the fragile nature and odd shape of this item, insurance is strongly
recommended with the purchase of this musical.

graphics showing an image of a hitchhiking Bugs Bunny (whose raised ear is
curled but undamaged) along with a photograph of two children using their safety
scissors to cut out paper dolls. This item was manufactured in 1974 by

his right arm. He rests on a grassy area near a brown "wooden"
sign that says Eh Doc Smile! in white lettering. The camera was
manufactured in 1976 by Helm Toy Corp. It is undamaged and retains its
original carrying strap. Overall, Bugs is in near mint condition, with a
few small spots of minor paint loss on his face and right foot, all of which are
visible in the photograph accompanying this description.

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) bank, standing on carrot basket
During the later
1960s and early 1970s, the R. Dakin Company manufactured a series of Looney Tunes banks
featuring major Warner Brothers cartoon stars of the time. This is the Bugs Bunny
bank in this series, showing a jointed Bugs Bunny figure standing atop a yellow basket
filled to the brim with carrots. The coin slot is in the top of the carrot basket,
between Bugs' feet; the original coin trap is no longer present. This item stands
13" tall and was manufactured in 1971. Bugs has a few small spots of paint
missing on the tips of his ears. Typical for this item, his whiskers are
missing. Overall, then, this bank is in EX condition.
COST = $26 BOXED WEIGHT: 3 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0198251
BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) hollow plastic figure
During
the 1960s and 1970s, the R. Dakin Company manufactured several series of Looney Tunes
collectible figures. This particular Bugs Bunny figure is from the smaller series of
hollow plastic figures that included Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, and Sylvester. (We have
a few of the other figures from this particular set in stock at present, too, along with
quite a number of the Dakin Looney Tunes figures from various other series.)
Although no particular copyright year is indicated on this item, it is a mid-1970s era
item. This is a very lightweight item that measures 5.5" tall. There are
a few specks of paint missing on Bugs' white areas, but overall, he remains in NM to NM+
condition.

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) super magnet

green plastic horseshoe magnet, known as the Bugs Bunny Super Magnet. It
is in mint, unused condition and is still sealed inside of its original

holding a partly-eaten carrot in his left hand. The other has a pink
backdrop and shows Bugs popping out of his rabbit hole. This item is in

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) rabbit hole musical
This fun item is an
8.5" ceramic musical showing Bugs Bunny popping out of the top of his
rabbit hole. He is standing beside his grey mailbox on the wooden stake,
and his rabbit hole is shown as raised out of the ground. There is a metal
wind-up key underneath the musical that, when wound, enables the musical to play
Brahms' Lullaby. The musical mechanism works perfectly. This
item is in NM+ condition, with a single paint chip on the right side of the
mailbox flag being the item's only flaw. Bugs comes with his original box,
which also contains its original Styrofoam protective insert. The musical
was manufactured in 1994 but the copyright information does not indicate who
made it. Originally, this item sold for $25, which we know from the price
sticker that is located on the box.
COST = $39 BOXED WEIGHT: 4 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0106079
BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) white-knob wind-up hopper
What's
hoppin-in', Doc? This is a 4.25" tall plastic white-knob wind-up hopper of Bugs
Bunny. Bugs is shown with both arms by his sides as he holds a carrot in his right
hand. The wind-up mechanism appears to be overwound, thereby preventing Bugs from
hopping as he should. When this item is in good working order, the ears move back
and forth as Bugs hops around the tabletop or floor. Paint wear is extremely minimal
on this item and there is no damage on it. This Bugs Bunny was manufactured by
Knickerbocker in 1978 as part of a set that originally also included Tweety and Road
Runner. As you can see from the second image, we also happen to have this
item available for purchase in mint condition, on its original cardboard
mounting card. The mounting card has colorful, fun graphics showing Bugs Bunny
hopping down a country path as he runs away from Elmer Fudd. The mounting
card has curvature and the clear-plastic blisterpack has become separated
(partially) from the mounting card. But Bugs himself is in perfect, unused
condition.

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) jointed vinyl Dakin figure -- mid-sized
In 1976, R. Dakin Company
manufactured a series of Looney Tunes character figures that were made of vinyl
and sold as part of a Cartoon Theater set. This set featured each
character standing inside of a theater-like cardboard display box, as if upon an
acting stage. We have a few others in this set in stock at this time,
including this 8" tall one of Bugs Bunny. He is shown with his left
arm bent downward as he holds a large carrot in his upwardly-bent right
hand. This item is in near mint condition, with a few very small specks of
paint loss on Bugs' white-painted areas.

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) nightlight
This beautiful,
rare find is a 9.25" vinyl nightlight of Bugs Bunny. Here, an
old-style Bugs is shown casually leaning against a tree stump with his left
elbow, while holding a carrot in his right hand. When this item is plugged
into an electrical socket, Bugs lights up and gives off a gentle glowing
light. He works just fine. Bugs is a licensed Warner Brothers
product, but his copyright information does not indicate who made him or when he
was manufactured. Judging from Bugs' appearance, this item probably dates
to the 1940s. It is free of damage and it has just a few very small spots
of minor paint loss, leaving Bugs in near mint condition.
COST = $75 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0507068

was manufactured by Applause in 1990. The PVC is free of damage and has a single
spot of paint missing inside of Bugs' right ear. Overall, this item is in near mint
condition.
COST = $3.50 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 1299091
BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) posable rubber figure
Since Bugs' arms
are only slightly movable and his legs are even sturdier, this item is not a bendy in the
truest sense of the term. It is better to think of it as a posable rubber Bugs Bunny
item, as only minor movements can be made to the positioning of Bugs' arms. This
item was made in 1993 (no manufacturer listed). It stands 5.25" tall and is in
NM condition, with three small spots of paint missing.
COST = $5 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0498058

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) collector's glass -- SMALL size
This is a
5.25" collector's glass of Bugs Bunny, who appears in two identical images
on the glass. The glass has black lettering and two white Pepsi logos on
it. It was manufactured in 1973 as part of a six-item SMALLER set of
Looney Tunes character glasses that accompanied the much-more-commonly-found
larger Brockway-style Looney Tunes character collector's glasses. Bugs
retains all of his original glossiness. Overall, the glass is in near mint
condition, with a few small and superficial scratches in the glass (not on the
graphics or lettering) being its main flaw.
COST = $8 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 1212305
BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) figural flashlight
This
is a 5.25" plastic figural flashlight of Bugs Bunny. The item is in mint,
never-used condition and remains attached to his cardboard mounting display card.
The flashlight itself no longer works, probably due to the natural age-related decharging
of whatever battery exists inside of the blue flashlight portion of the item. The
holes where Bugs' hands and arms should be are original to the item. They are
intended to serve as finger holes so that the item can be used not only as a flashlight
but also as a makeshift finger puppet. The copyright information does not indicate
who made this item or when it was manufactured, although it was sold during the 1940s
along with a Porky Pig counterpart.
COST = $26 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 1099022

enable him to say things like Of course, you know this means war! and Whatta
Maroon! Whatta ignoramus! The talking action works just fine.
Bugs is in mint, unused condition and he has never been removed from his
original box, which has colorful graphics on front and both sides, and

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) composition bank
During
the early 1970s, Holiday Fair manufactured several VERY funky Looney Tunes cartoon
character items, including sets of bookends, staplers, banks, musicals, jewelry boxes,
pencil sharpeners, and pencil holders. The items in this series are distinguishable
by virtue of the unusual and brilliant colors used to depict the characters. (Where
else have you seen a neon pink Pepe LePew or a bright orange and pink Daffy Duck?!)
This is the Bugs Bunny bank from the company, made of composition. Bugs is bright
light blue in color and is shown chomping on a neon-orange carrot as he waves with his
left hand. The coin slot is located behind his shoulders; the generic black rubber
stopper is no longer present on the underside of the bank. This item has one crack
in the paint (NOT in the composition, just in the paint) behind the lower portion of Bugs'
ears. It has minor paint loss elsewhere on the item and the decal for Bugs Bunny's
name remains intact and complete on his stomach. Overall, this item is in EX to EX+
condition--quite nice for one of Holiday Fair's less-commonly-found items.
COST = $47 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0800070

particular set, each character was made of solid plastic and was a different,
bright solid color. Bugs is in nearly perfect condition.

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) desk organizer
During the mid-1970s (1975 in
this specific instance), Janex manufactured a number of desktop items for
children, each featuring Bugs Bunny. Among other items, this set included
a stapler, a pencil sharpener, a lamp, and this 5.5" tall plastic desk
organizer. Bugs is shown lying against a hollow log with his legs crossed
at the knee, head resting against his left arm, and holding his trademark
partially-eaten carrot in his right hand. In front of him are two yellow
cubes (for the date) and two orange cubes (for the month and day of the
week). The top of the tree stump is hollow and can be used to store pens
and pencils. This item is complete, which is unusual since the date cubes
are usually absent, and free of damage. There are a few very small spots
of minor paint wear, but overall, this item is in near mint condition.
COST = $25 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0501174
BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) jack-in-the-box
This is an 11"
plastic jack-in-the-box featuring Bugs Bunny. When the crank is wound up
and the box is closed, the item plays Hail, Hail the Gang's All Here and
at just the right point in the music, the box opens and Bugs pops up/out.
The sides of the jack-in-the-box have fun and colorful graphics showing Bugs'
smiling face (front), Bugs eating a carrot in his carrot patch (right side),
Bugs popping out of his rabbit hole (back), and Bugs salting a carrot (left
side). This item works perfectly and it is in no worse than near mint
condition, with some minor wear and crinkling on the paper decals being its only
flaws. Best of all, Bugs comes with his original cardboard box. The
box has some edge wear and corner tearing, but is intact and generally in decent
condition. It has fun graphics on all sides. This item was
manufactured by Mattel in 1977.
COST = $29 BOXED WEIGHT: 3 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 1212300

leaking out of it, and has virtually no wear anywhere on it.
COST = $12 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0300073

his legs crossed at the knee, arms folded in front of him, as he holds his partially-eaten
carrot in his left hand. Bugs has no paint loss anywhere on him and the gumball
globe shows only very minor signs of faint wear from use. "69" is written
on the underside of the bank in small, black marker. This is not visible except when
the item is turned upside-down, and it is the gumball machine's only flaw.

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) coffee cup
This is a
3.75" heavy-duty ceramic coffee cup / mug featuring Bugs Bunny. On
one side of the mug, he is posed as if dancing a cha-cha. On the other

shirt. He was manufactured in 1990 by Applause as part of a larger

BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) ceramic planter -- hollow log
This
is a 7" tall heavy ceramic planter of Bugs Bunny, who is shown standing with his left
arm bent and resting against his thigh, his right hand resting against his chest, and his
knees slightly bent as he rests against a hollow log. The log is the planter.
This item was manufactured during the 1950s as part of a set of five items (Bugs on a
pedestal, Bugs with a wheelbarrow planter, Bugs with a tall tree stump vase, and Bugs by a
tree stump planter), a few other of which we also have in stock at this time. This
item has no damage anywhere on it--no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and no paint wear.
It has light to moderate crazing on it, but given the item's coloring and the
locations of the crazed areas, this is not noticeable except when the item is examined
closely. Due to the crazing, we'll downgrade the item to NM- to NM condition because
were it not for that, the item would be in mint condition.
COST = $55 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0999025

stands nearly 9" tall and is movable at the neck, arms, and hips. His front is
very clean. There is minor paint wear on the tips of his ears and small spots of

COST = $25 BOXED WEIGHT: <2 POUNDS ITEM NUMBER = 0109019
BUGS BUNNY (Warner Brothers) squeak toy and box
Here, what we have
are two parts of a very nice, vintage-era item. It consists of a hardened,
collapsed latex 6" squeak toy showing Bugs Bunny waving with his right hand
as he chomps on a carrot with his left hand. Mostly, though, collectors
would want this item because of the presence of its original triangular-shaped
box. The box has fantastic graphics showing a variety of different, fun
images of Bugs Bunny on the front and both back sides. This item was
manufactured by Oak Rubber sometime during the later 1940s or earlier
1950s. The Bugs squeak toy is in Fair condition, downgraded due to the
age-related condition of the rubber/latex. The box has some wear, mostly
on the top, but is intact and in much nicer condition--probably EX to EX+
overall.
