YOSEMITE SAM pop-up toy

This is a 4.25" PVC pop-up spring action figure of Yosemite Sam. He is shown sitting with his arms raised over his head, holding a silver sword in his right hand. He wears a black pirate's hat with white trim, a red shirt, black belt, yellow belt buckle, blue pants, and black boots. When the white suction cup that Yosemite Sam is sitting on is pushed down onto the black base, it sticks there for a short while and then pops him into the air. This item was made in 1989 (no indication of the manufacturer) as part of a set of four that also included Porky Pig, Tasmanian Devil, and Bugs Bunny. It is in mint condition.

YOSEMITE SAM porcelain thimble

This is a 3.25" porcelain thimble of Yosemite Sam, who is shown blazing his silver pistols. He stands in front of a barrel of liquor and a broken blue liquor bottle, and appears to be firing his guns quite happily. This item was made in 1998 by Lenox as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes thimbles. It is in mint condition.

YOSEMITE SAM figural magnet

This is a 2.75" tall, flat vinyl figural magnet of Yosemite Sam, manufactured as part of a 12-item set by MCL. Yosemite Sam is shown stomping his tiny black boots and has both fists clenched by his sides. He wears a cream-colored hat, a maroon shirt, brown belt with a yellow buckle, a yellow neckerchief around his neck, and blue pants. This item is in NM+ condition.

YOSEMITE SAM PVC figure -- oval base

This is a PVC figure of Yosemite Sam, shown standing on a black oval base. He is nearly 2.5" tall and has both arms bent akimbo on the back of his hips. He wears a cream-colored hat, purple shirt, blue neckerchief, black belt with a yellow buckle, blue pants, and black shoes. This item is in mint condition and was released by Arby's fast food restaurants in 1987 as a premium giveaway along with several other Looney Tunes characters, each on a different-colored oval base.

YOSEMITE SAM pop-up wristwatch

This is a 4.5" plastic pop-up wristwatch featuring Yosemite Sam. The watch has a cream-colored cloth band and a plastic figural area showing an angry Yosemite Sam's head. There is a white bubble caption coming from his mouth stating I hates that rabbit!! There is a small button beneath the bubble caption that, when pressed, causes the time to pop up from the top of the blue backing area behind Yosemite Sam's head. This item is in mint, unused condition and still remains inside of its original 10x4" plastic encasement. It was made in 1986 by Unique Packaging Corp. as part of a set that also included Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester, and Tweety.

This is a 2.25" PVC figure of Yosemite Sam. He wears a blue pirate's hat with yellow trim, a brown shirt, a brown belt with a yellow buckle, blue pants, and black boots. He has a long flowing red beard and is shown with grey pistols with brown handles raised in the air with both hands. Yosemite Sam was manufactured by Applause in 1988. He is in mint condition.

YOSEMITE SAM Christmas ornament -- rocking horse

This is a 4.5" plastic resin Christmas ornament showing Yosemite Sam standing on the green saddle of a toy rocking horse. He is firing both of his six-shooters. One has a red balloon coming out of the barrel, with It's Christmas! written on it in white lettering; the other has a green balloon with Ya-Hoo! written on it in white lettering. The hobby horse is white with red rocker slats underneath it. This item is in mint condition and was manufactured by Matrix in 1997 as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character Christmas ornaments. Yosemite Sam comes with his original box and his original clear-plastic protective insert.

YOSEMITE SAM figural candle

This is a 6" figural wax candle showing Yosemite Sam popping out of a gift-filled treasure chest. The chest is red with green trim. Sam holds a gold pop gun in his raised left hand and is surrounded by a toy soldier, wrapped gifts, and a candy cane. This item is in mint condition and still comes with its original box. It was manufactured in 1996 by Matrix as part of a larger Looney Tunes character candle collection.

YOSEMITE SAM ceramic Christmas ornament

This is a 3.75" ceramic Christmas ornament showing Yosemite Sam holding a white gift with a green bow and red ribbon behind his back. He wears a green-and-red pirate's hat, a yellow shirt, green cummerbund, grey pants, and red boots. This ornament was manufactured by Dave Grossman Designs in 1978 as part of its second series of Looney Tunes collectible ornaments. It is in EX+ condition, with no damage, one scratch in the paint on Yosemite Sam's moustache, and minor dots of paint loss otherwise. It retains its original gold lame hanging cord, its original green paper copyright sticker, and its original VG- condition box.

YOSEMITE SAM clicker gun

This fun toy consists of three parts. The largest of them is an 8.75" red plastic clicker gun with a white "pearl" handle. When the trigger is pulled, the gun gives off a clicking "shooting" noise. The set also includes a silver plastic star-shaped sheriff's badge and a blue vinyl Yosemite Sam gun holster. This toy is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its crinkled clear-plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card. The mounting card has colorful graphics featuring a wild west mountaintop and sky, along with an evilly-grinning image of Yosemite Sam. This toy was manufactured by Larami in 1973.

This is a 4" red plastic pellet gun with a white "pearl" handle and yellow plastic pellet bullets. It is in mint, unused condition and remains sealed inside of its original packaging. The header card has an image of a pistol-toting Yosemite Sam and identifies the toy as Yosemite Sam's Safe Harmless Pellet Fun Gun. This toy was manufactured by Larami in 1973. Originally, this toy sold for $0.59.

This is a 7" heavy-duty resin nodder showing Yosemite Sam standing atop a rounded black oval base bearing his name in red raised-relief lettering. He wears a tan hat, a blue shirt, a red neckerchief, a black belt with a silver buckle, light brown pants, and dark brown boots, and is toting red-and-grey pistols in both hands. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1994 as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes character nodders that were sold in the Warner Brothers Studio Stores.

This is a 15.5" stuffed cloth doll of Yosemite Sam, who is shown standing with both arms resting by his sides. He wears a large green hat with a red underside, a pastel yellow shirt, a blue felt bandanna, grey pants, and black boots. Sam has plush, straggly red eyebrows and a matching moustache. He was manufactured by Mighty Star in 1971, as indicated on the original manufacturer's label that is sewn into his left hip. This doll is in NM+ condition.

YOSEMITE SAM mud flaps

This is a pair of 17.5x11.75" thick rubber mud flaps featuring Yosemite Sam. They are black in color with white block lettering that says Back Off. Yosemite Sam is shown wearing a blue buccaneer's hat with white trim, a red shirt, a yellow waistband, blue pants, and brown boots, and he sports pistols in both hands. These mud flaps are in virtually perfect, unused condition. They are not marked in terms of who made them or when they were manufactured, although this set dates to the early 1980s.

This is a 2.75" PVC figure showing Yosemite Sam as a baseball player for the Minnesota Twins. He stands atop a black pentagonal base and wears a black ballcap, a mitt on his outstretched right hand, and a white jersey with blue pin stripes. This item is in mint condition and it comes with its original cardboard display box, which was designed to resemble a grassy ballpark surrounded by wooden fencing. Yosemite Sam was manufactured in 1990 by Applause as part of a 20-item set. Each of the 10 Looney Tunes characters comprising the set appeared both as an American League and as a National League player.

The colorful cardboard header card shows Porky Pig waving with three balloons, Speedy Gonzales with a candy cane, Petunia Pig with a red toy sack, the Warner Brothers shield, Daffy Duck with a light strand, Merlin the Magical Mouse with a wreath, and an angry Yosemite Sam. Yosemite Sam was manufactured in 1978 by Liberty Bell Christmas as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes flocked ornaments. Originally, this item sold for $0.94 at Boscov's.

This item is in mint, unused condition and it remains sealed inside of its original clear plastic blisterpack and mounted on its original cardboard mounting card. The mounting card has colorful graphics showing Tasmanian Devil, Daffy Duck, Road Runner, Tweety, Porky Pig, Bugs Bunny, and Sylvester inside of a red Looney Tunes tunnel. Yosemite Sam was manufactured in 1989 by Ertl as part of a train car set that also included Bugs Bunny, Foghorn Leghorn, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, and Tweety/Sylvester.

This is a 4.75" ceramic liquor decanter showing Yosemite Sam standing on a grassy area with pale grey pistols hanging from both hands. He appears angry and is shown wearing a maroon-and-dark-green buccaneer's hat, a yellow shirt, a blue bowtie, a green waistband, blue pants, and maroon boots. He is in near mint condition, with a few small paint chips being his primary problems. Yosemite Sam was manufactured sometime during the middle or later 1970s in Italy by Alpa as part of the company's rarely-found second series of Looney Tunes character liquor decanters.

This item is in mint condition and it comes with its original bag. Yosemite Sam was manufactured by Dakin in 1976 along with several other Looney Tunes character figures.

This is a 10" bank showing buccaneer Yosemite Sam standing atop a brown treasure chest with gold trim "metal" parts. He wears a blue plastic pirate's hat, a pale yellow cloth shirt, grey cloth shorts, a black faux-leather gun belt (complete with its original small grey plastic pistols in the holsters!), and black vinyl boots. The bank's coin slot is located between his boots and the original stopper is present beneath the treasure chest. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Dakin in 1971 along with numerous other Looney Tunes character banks.

This is a 2.5x3.5" PVC figure showing Yosemite Sam in the form of a Jeep, with his snarling, teeth-baring face serving as the Jeep's hood and windshield. This item was named Yosemite Sam Rackin' Frackin' Wagon by Arby's fast food restaurants when the franchise released this item as a promotional giveaway in 1989. Originally, Yosemite Sam was part of a set of car-shaped Looney Tunes PVC figures. He is in mint condition.

This is a 3.75" plastic figure showing a startled-looking Yosemite Sam sending himself off of the ground as a result of repeatedly shooting his guns, which have created clouds of grey smoke beneath them. This item is in mint condition, having never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card. The mounting card has colorful graphics showing Tasmanian Devil with his arms raised, trying to intimidate Bugs Bunny and Tweety. Bugs casually chomps on a carrot while Tweety innocently (?) holds a pink mallet behind his back. This item was manufactured by Tyco in 1994 as part of a 12-figure set, all of which are shown on the back of the mounting card.

YOSEMITE SAM PVC figure -- shooting heart flag

This is a 3" PVC figure showing a happy Yosemite Sam (for a change!) dancing while his grey pistol shoots out a white flag bearing a red heart on it. This item is in mint condition, having never been removed from its original clear-plastic blisterpack or its original cardboard mounting card. The mounting card has colorful graphics showing a love-struck Tasmanian Devil clutching his hands beside his left cheek while, nearby, Bugs Bunny holds a Valentine in his right hand and a love-struck Tweety is surrounded by hearts. This item was manufactured by Tyco in 1994 as part of its Looney Tunes Heart Throbs Figurines set. This set consisted of 10 items, all of which are pictured on the back of the mounting card.

This is a 6x12" metal license plate showing Yosemite Sam peeking through a blue wall that he has shot repeatedly with the grey revolver he holds in his right hand. This item is in mint condition and it remains sealed inside of its original shrinkwrap. It was manufactured in 1992 by Chroma Graphics along with several other Looney Tunes character license plates.

YOSEMITE SAM salt and pepper shakers

This is a pair of 4.25" ceramic salt and pepper shakers showing Yosemite Sam waving with his left hand while brandishing a black pistol in the air in his right hand. He wears a yellow buccaneer's hat, a lime green shirt, a pink waistband, black pants, and black boots, and is shown sitting on a wooden crate. Both pieces retain their original red foil manufacturer's stickers, showing that they were made by Lego. This set was made sometime during the later 1960s or earlier 1970s along with Bugs Bunny, Tweety, and Sylvester counterparts. Both pieces are in NM+ condition.

This is a 3.25" silver bell showing an angry Yosemite Sam in a pose suggestive of him preparing to draw his six-shooters. The bell is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured in 1987 by the New England Collector's Society as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character silver bells.

This is a 6" musical snowdome showing Yosemite Sam as a cowboy standing in front of a large light green cactus. He holds a pale grey guitar in both hands and is shown looking upward and off toward his left side. When the key beneath the wooden base is wound up, the musical plays Home on the Range. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured by the Good Company in 1989 along with four other Looney Tunes character musical snowdomes.

YOSEMITE SAM vinyl hand puppet

This is a 9" all-vinyl hand puppet of Yosemite Sam, who has an all-yellow body and a green buccaneer's hat with a red interior. The puppet was distributed as a promotional giveaway item during the later 1960s or earlier 1970s by a toothpaste company. Originally, Yosemite Sam had Sylvester, Tweety, Speedy Gonzales, Road Runner, and Wile E Coyote counterparts. This puppet is in NM+ condition.

Yosemite Sam was manufactured in 1979 by Price as part of a 10-item Looney Tunes character bisque bell set.

The figurine is in virtually perfect condition and it retains its original gold foil manufacturer's sticker. This is a 2.75" plastic snowdome showing Yosemite Sam triumphantly popping up from a pile of gold coins that he has found in his treasure chest. The white, block lettering on the front of the blue base says Congratulations! When shaken, instead of "snow" inside of the snowdome, there are several small gold coins. This item is in virtually perfect condition. It was manufactured in 1989 as part of a 6-item set of Looney Tunes character snowdomes.

This is a 5" vinyl squeak toy showing Yosemite Sam smugly standing in front of a beige crate of dynamite, with his arms folded as he slyly looks off toward his right side. The squeak toy is in mint condition and it has never been removed from its original packaging. The cardboard header card has colorful graphics showing a red horizontal Looney Tunes tunnel with Tweety, Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, and Tasmanian Devil poking through it. Yosemite Sam was manufactured by Vo-Toys in 1995 along with numerous other Looney Tunes character dog toys. Originally, this item sold for $2.99 at Ames.

YOSEMITE SAM mirror

Believe it or not, this 10.75x8.75" wood framed mirror of Yosemite Sam was part of the first group of four Looney Tunes items that I ever purchased . . . one of the items that got my collection going. It shows Yosemite Sam literally hopping mad, with his right fist raised in the air in furor. The mirror is in virtually perfect condition. It was manufactured in 1981 along with numerous other Looney Tunes character mirrors. Yosemite Sam sold for $4.95 in the gift shops of the Great America amusement park.

This is a 26" three-dimensional plastic wall light showing Yosemite Sam standing on his right leg, left leg raised high in the air, as he blares his beige pistols with both raised arms. When plugged into an electrical socket, this light illuminates much as a nightlight would. It is in NM+ condition and was manufactured in 1992 by Headlites Collectibles. Originally, Yosemite Sam was released along with Bugs Bunny, Tasmanian Devil, Tweety, and Sylvester/Tweety counterparts.

This is a 20x14" framed wall print of Yosemite Sam. The item probably dates to the 1960s and was released as part of an 8-item set, but the copyright information does not indicate who made it. Yosemite Sam is shown high-stepping with his blue-grey pistols blaring in both hands. He wears a Tuscan cowboy hat, a red shirt, a yellow neckerchief, blue pants, and brown boots. The print is in virtually perfect condition and it has been professionally framed.

This is a 12" pressed cardboard wall hanging showing Yosemite Sam taking a nap while leaning against a wooden signpost saying Keep Out Yosemite Sam Carrot Farm on it. Beside him, some wascally wabbit has tied a knot in his shotgun's barrel. This item was manufactured in 1977 by Dolly Toy Company as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes character pressed cardboard wall hangings. It is in NM- condition, with corner wear on several of the pointy edges.

YOSEMITE SAM cookie jar

This is an 11" heavy-duty glazed earthenware cookie jar showing Yosemite Sam standing in a desert, blaring pistols in both hands. He wears a red buccaneer's hat, a yellow-orange shirt with a darker waistband, pale grey pants, and red boots. This item was manufactured by McCoy in 1971 along with Bugs Bunny and Popeye counterparts. Yosemite Sam is in near mint condition, with one chip in the underside of the rim of the main cylinder of the cookie jar, visible only when the jar is opened.

YOSEMITE SAM wall plaque

This beautiful item is an 11.75" three-dimensional ceramic wall plaque showing an angry-looking Yosemite Sam from the bottoms of his moustache upward. He wears a maroon buccaneer's hat with black edging. This item is in mint condition and it retains both of its original gold foil manufacturer's copyright stickers. Yosemite Sam was made in 1986 by Bai-Dotta as part of a large collection of Looney Tunes character wall plaques, wall masks, and hat racks.

This is a 3" pinback button showing Yosemite Sam repeatedly firing off his six-shooters, creating clouds of white, yellow, and orange smoke from the gun shots. This pin has a laminated front and a metallic back. It was manufactured in 1976 and sold in Great America amusement park gift shops. The pin is in near mint condition, with minor wear on the metallic surface.

YOSEMITE SAM PVC figure -- afraid of bomb

This is a 3" PVC figure showing Yosemite Sam looking frightened as he looks over his left shoulder at the black bomb resting behind him. He holds his fingers in his ears, to minimize the noise of the impending blast. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured by Applause in 1994.

YOSEMITE SAM hat rack

This beautiful item is a 14.5" raised-relief ceramic hat rack showing an angry-looking Yosemite Sam preparing to draw his six-shooters. He wears a maroon hat with a black edge, a blue neckerchief, a green shirt, a black vest, a brown gun belt, and black pants and boots. The tip of his right boot sticks out from the wall and that is what can be used to hang one's hat. This item is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1986 by Bai-Dotta along with numerous other Looney Tunes character hat racks, wall plaques, and decorative masks.

This is a 19.5" square quilted cloth pillow showing Yosemite Sam as a dancing buccaneer. He holds a Jolly Roger pennant in the air in his left hand and a yellow sword in the air with his right hand. The backdrop behind him is a treasure map. This item is in NM+ condition. It was manufactured in 1988 but the copyright information does not indicate who made it.

YOSEMITE SAM collector's glass

This is a 6.25" thick (i.e., Brockway-style) collector's glass showing Yosemite Sam brandishing pistols in both hands. The image of him is done entirely in yellow, orange, and red. The glass has white lettering and it is in mint condition. It was manufactured in 1973 as part of the large Pepsi Collector's Series of Looney Tunes character glasses.

YOSEMITE SAM plastic mug

This is a 5.5" plastic mug (handle is on the side of the item not shown in the photograph) showing Yosemite Sam's angry face and red neckerchief. One particularly nifty thing about this mug is that it has a blue plastic cowboy hat-shaped lid with a straw hole / steam vent hole in it. The mug is in nearly perfect condition, other than some minor age-related yellowing along the lower perimeter. It was manufactured in 1976 along with a Porky Pig counterpart, and originally was sold in the Great America amusement park gift shops.

YOSEMITE SAM grape jelly jars / juice glasses

This is a 4.25" grape jelly jar / juice glass showing Yosemite Sam with a sad expression on his face, as he holds both arms in the air in surrender. He wears a grey buccaneer's hat, a white shirt, white pants, black boots, and a black belt with a white buckle. This item was manufactured in 1976 by Welch's, originally as a grape jelly jar. It was released as part of a larger set of Looney Tunes jelly jars / juice glasses, with each one having either Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, Sylvester, Tweety, or Yosemite Sam incised on the underside. I have all variations of the glass in my collection, and all are in mint condition.
